Attention truck driver's , the trailer back is tough and tight. Please take extra caution, need to back from the road, let others wait, and follow your back. The process start with calling the shipping office, and then they will let you know to either back immediately or move to the other yard close by. Then they will ask for appointmemt number have it ready and then they will ask you to wait closely to the wait area a small space on the road left side near the docks, someone will come and collect papers from you and they will cut the seal and let you know where to back at which door and move you tandems all the way back and unhook tractor and park beside the trailers and they will call you onces you are done. So, overall, tight spot, incoming traffic , and other trucks not waiting for you, so it's not a smooth delivery process .

No overnight parking. Turn left from the bulletin 1/2 a block is parking for dropped trailers and waiting for live load. Huge area for firm around but not well maintained so go slow. Numbers posted for you to call for check in. Drop trailer in dock and wait for maybe 2hrs for live load.

The process of delivering their goods is bad. You have to stop in the road, call a number located at the bottom of a sign (you get out the truck to see it) then you place papers in a "tube" under a metal canopy (while you are blocking the road with your truck, except your hand is 30 ft long so you don't need to walk). They send you to a muddy lot (not at the "Trailer drop yard" but on Hickory road. The local driver (light blue color day cab) is RUDE (he had no reason to take personally that I was trying to figure out what to do and where the tube was-- NO SIGN "DROP BOL HERE")-- and the yard jockey mean. What is wrong with those 2 men The office girls on the phone pretty helpful. After you get unloaded you drive back to the front of building, park rig on the road again and walk again to get your papers from the tube! It couldn't be more complicated. Or could it be?

Just call that number before you get here. Check yourself in, they made me wait for my appointment time. So I wouldn’t expect an early drop. If you have to wait they have a drop yard of S walnut St it’s across the street from the warehouse. Only reason I’m giving this place a one star is because of docking, too tight. It’s right off the street. Be careful with traffic.

This place is extremely slow I checked in at 6:30 for a 2pm pickup they called me at 10:39 didn’t load me until my appointment time out by 13:17

You have to park at the parking lot on the left, then call numbers provided on fence to confirm your appointment (they may not answer but you should keep calling em, don’t give up).
Then drive back to facility to drop your trailer in very tie space blocking streets and make unsafe traffic, disconnect your truck and move with your bobtail somewhere close. Then after a few hours or days maybe they will call you or will bring paperwork to you.
Of course there’s no restroom (you have to pee somewhere between others trailers) and I guess no overnight parking.
Not the best location I would say, but could be worse sometimes.

Turn left onto S Walnut St and park in the drop lot. Call the number on the sign by the entrance. The docks are all easy to get into. Might have to make 4-wheelers wait a lil bit while you back into the dock off the street but they’ll be ok. Once docked, disconnect and park over by dock 8. They’ll call you when loading is completed.
