Only will restock machines once a month if that. Have called multiple times to get machines restocked when they are empty and nobody will come. Machines won’t take cash most of the time. Most if not all of the options in the snack machine are expired. Really disappointing service.

The coin return buttons on their machines? They're just for show. So when the machine stops accepting whatever coins you have just short of the amount, you either need to swap coins with a coworker or you're screwed. Why not use a debit card? For one thing you get charged more, probably just as well the card reader is always offline.

Coley Canteen has received the account with Thumb Correctional Facility and has been riping people off. The food is gas station food priced at double the cost and the machine doesn't open and steals people's money. Many of the families are already struggling. It is obvious that this is happening just based on the fact that they are receiving money but the product is still there. I don't know how many other visitors have complained. This has been happening for a month or more and the last thing you want to do is deny your loved one a meal. This is atrocious behavior. The machine is set up to take your money without giving you product. If you do business with them you support this scam.

ILL UPDATE THIS IF I RECIEVE MY REFUND FOR THE MACHINES JIPPIN ME. How many quarters yall get in any given day with a broken counter that won't return any change. Do you not notice they are broke when your loading it up with 4 dollar candy bars? Or is four dollars not enough you'd rather just have the free money so you just don't fix the change receiver? 🤷

Not impressed with the out of the blue price gouge, I have bought the larger bag of m&ms since I started working at my job and have paid 2.50 a bag..its a good pick me up as I'm very active, so this is almost a daily thing, I thought 2.50 was fare considering its a larger bag. I bought some last week at 2.50, come in today, Monday and they jumped to 4.00$!!!! You lost my business! Good luck with those prices

I bought the cards at mdoc. Which are suppose to be 5 dollars a piece. Today i noticed they took 30 dollar per transaction. Buyer beware to make sure you have 5 dollars and do NOT use your debit card

They just got a contract with MDOC. $5 just to buy a vending machine card! And visitors can only load $25 on it where prisoners can load up to $75. In a 5 hour visit that $25 goes quick. Especially at $3 for just a soda. Taking advantage of prisoners and their family but also losing money themselves bc of the $25 cap. Make it make sense.

Kept charging my account after I had already quit my job and didn’t have access to their vending machine. I called and wanted a refund for the dates i know FOR SURE I didn’t spend money and never got a call back. They stolen almost $20 from me and I’m pregnant right now so every dollar counts.
