reviews posted are current & former employees; inaccurately depicting this Senior "living" community as a place of warmth & awe with an excellent staff. Employees contracted to work here are incoherent in assisting elders under this establishment, & unfortunately many facilities prioritise sales, this is called "the honeymoon".
Unfortunately this staff's priorities are not in line with the well-being of senior's whom call Cogir of Stock Ranch a home. & In my time of observation; an elder pays $5,000/M to live here. The bare minimum ceases financial, emotional, mental, medical, & physical needs of those residing here; unfortunately this treatment is referred to elder Abuse; "assisted living" is the core foundation of a Senior "care" facility, that can exceed performance of providing & assistance to those whom request, or cannot request (ex. underlying health issues) at these expenses.
Empathy doesn't exist inside these walls. Shirley at the front desk is an excellent example of false truths when it comes to providing quality care, & unfortunately became unravelled at the expense of pro-longed conversation.

The elderly whom possess any form of uncertainty of mobilised items (wheelchair, scooter, etc) are not allowed to have mobilised property to assist in everyday activities. This is an unfortunate consequence by The Director. The neglect of basic necessities like hygiene, resides to staggering detrimental health factors under Emotional/Behavorial abuse, Physical neglect of medications, as well as a lack of provision for elderly pets.
The Health director room was also not an appropriate experience, watching her actively engage with FaceTime on a paying shift at the expense of providing medications on time. Failing to uphold these basic necessities is a waning issue & will eventually lead to wrongful death(s) in Residential care/nursing facilities.
I pray this staff can fix these wrongs in due time!

Stock Ranch Road Retirement Community is such a warm and uplifting place. I'm so impressed with the staff's commitment to providing safe, loving care and attention to residents, in this time of increased isolation with sheltering in-place restrictions. This is so important. I love seeing Kelly Stimbert's posts every day which give me a glimpse into daily life there. I look forward to the day when I can visit again.

If you want a wonderful place for someone you love to live then you've found it. We had our father in another local assisted living facility for over a year and it was a nightmare. Stock Ranch Rd has exceeded our expectations on every front. Happy Living is their motto and it is evident everywhere. The staff, caregivers, medical caregivers, management, are also wonderful! Thank you for creating an environment that makes a difference in people's lives every day!

Very friendly staff and home warm feeling. Very clean throughout,residents seem very happy and involved in activities . The dining room is very nice with excellent service, everything made with fresh ingredients and delicious meals . The homemade desserts are so yummy.Wonderful apartments and all amenities. My grandma is really enjoying her new home.

This is a five star community! From the moment you walk into the resort like lobby you are greeted by the warmth and welcome of this beautiful management team.The community is refreshingly filled with active and vibrant seniors ready for a friendly game of table tennis, or a thought provoking talk with a few Veterans, maybe a cocktail and gig! Take Kelly up on a tour and meal , you won't be disappointed!

Not everything is as it seems. Transitional period, A LOT of staff have left and new staff does not seem to be at the same level of care. Disappointing that even the nurses and health care staff cant even put on medical gear properly. I cant make it every day to do it myself or I would. The level of tenant care has dropped dramatically. They are really good at advertising the "Honeymoon" to draw you in, but when the honeymoon is over, it's all downhill. So very unfortunate and no changes seem to be in the works. The new staff wont even inform family of changes.

After my 85-year-old blind stepmom was locked down in her room for months at COGIR OF STOCK RANCH with virtually no personal care or feedback to her family concerning her rapidly declining health by the staff, we decided to move her to a residential facility. The owners, David and Vera Bostanchyan, and staff at Bethesda Senior Care were an answer to my prayers for her. They cared for her as they would their own mother. They were at her bedside every 2 hours changing her position on the bed and talking to her. They made sure she was hydrated properly. For the first time in months, she was the provided personal interaction and care that were missing at any of the facilities she’d been in before, including “skilled nursing” facilities. They even did research on their own on how to better serve her and treat the wounds caused by being bedridden for months and being improperly cared for. She unfortunately did not survive long, but in her final hours in the early hours of the morning, David and Vera were there. I would recommend Bethesda Senior Care to anyone.

This place could be nice if they remove Shirley from the front desk. With restrictions in place because of the COVID-19, nobody is allowed to enter the building. (to which I agree) But if we are not allowed to enter then there should be a way to make contact with someone inside. My father was not answering his two phones and we needed to contact him about something important. After I told Shirley that and asked if she would knock on his door to come downstairs, she made several excuses to not help...even when I told her it was important. After arguing with her and she threatened to call the police, I went to my car. Curtis came out and after telling him what happened, he went and brought my father downstairs. Thank you Curtis for being human and kind. Shirley has no compassion and needs anger management. She should not be in any customer service position. She knows nothing about helping or service...remove her and I’ll change it to five stars. By the way, the multiple five stars on here are from the staff...misleading the public even more.
Don’t be fooled by this senior “care”. They don’t care!
