2/4/25 - arrived at 1500. Pulled into the staging area/OVERNIGHT PARKING. Truck entrance is at the RED X. (See photo attached) When you park, to check in, make sure you call the right number. I was delivering to Gordon so I had to call the 616 number on display.

- within 30 minutes of checking in, they got me on a door. Receiving office is by door 16. Unloading started within 10 minutes and finished by 1600.

- after they finished, I got the link to pay the lumper fee and was good to go.

Plenty of space to maneuver your truck!! Staff was nice and professional!!

Pulled into bull pin area, called number on the sign and got a door immediately. Was unloaded with bills in hand within 45 minutes. II was also 3.5 hrs late due to a delay at a previous stop on my load and they still got me in and out asap. Great facility.

I arrived a day early for my appointment, I called in advance to see if they could fit me in but they said they will try their best to fit me in. Only to be sitting until the next day for my appointment. They did call me in an hour early for appointment time which was 1830.

Took them an hour and 50 mins to unload me. Took 10 mins to hand me back paperwork and receipt for lumper fee.

There is onsite overnight parking, also a walking trail around the back of the facility.

There is parking for overnight stay here. The staff here is very nice. My appointment was at 8 am. But I got the dock at 2:00 am in the night. I was very happy to come to this place.

I've been driving truck for 22 yrs and never put in a review unless it was negative bit my experience at Gordon's food was all positive. Upon arriving at staging area (for the dog owners) gives you aple room for them to go do their business or walk upon calling to get a door I talked to a gentleman named STEVEN not only was it a pleasure to talk to him he treats you with respect and kindness upon meeting STEVEN now you have to understand the last time I was here 2 yes ago everything was negative and I came in here with both my attitude sour and my mood dark, upon talking to STEVEN HE KILLED ME WITH RESPECT KINDNESS AND PROFESSALISM that I would expect from Gordon foods. Gordon foods you have a good man here. Thank you ever so much for this encounter it made my night. If I could give u 10 🌟 I would. My hat is off to you steven keep up the great work. Drivers if you meet him u will feel the same way. Thanks J. Stoces May Trucking.

Slow unload, and the person unloading will damage the product, but leave it on your trailer instead of them disposing of the damaged goods.

Used to be one of the better places in GR. Now one of the worst. Won't let drivers on dock, and their lumpers are slow. No big deal to them to keep a truck 4 to 5 hours. Not near what it used to be.

They slow don’t expect them to unload you b4 ur appointment time after they call you for a dock they’ll take @ least 2.5-4 hours
