If you are lucky enough for a handle to work, there is still a pretty good chance the pump itself doesn’t. And if by a miracle they both work, you can be assured that the person working in the store will be on their phone totally ignoring the 7 people in line trying to use the automatic scanner to buy something, which works with the same regularity as the pumps outside.

I came to the enterprise store this morning for gas and tried to pay at the pump with my card. The pump declined and said see cashier. I went inside and the cashier (assistant manager hannah) rung up my gas. 10 mins after leaving I got an email saying somebody was trying to charge my card for 101 dollars at circle k. I called the store and the assistant manager said she can't see the transaction and sometimes scammers try to get money off of people cards and don't know what happened. I will not be going back to this store for anything. Thankfully my bank blocked the transaction or I would have been out of money and the store wouldn't have helped get it back.

Slowest diesel pumps in town
It’s so slow the last two times that I needed fuel. I did not top off my tanks. I didn’t have time to wait.

If you get candy from there and it has a 50 % off sign, make sure the attendant knows how to ring it up so you don't have to pay the regular price. I also pur got 5 on gas and it stopped at 4:57. I know my tank was not full. I regret I didn't take a picture of my 2 receipts and the 50% off sign.

Always the best customer service every single time Ayon is I believe the employees name is there, including tonight. They’re so courteous and always so polite and helpful and just happy to be there! When they’re there when I walk in I know it’s going to be a good experience! Please acknowledge their worth ethic, there isn’t many people out there with the customer service skills they possess anymore. Thank you!

The only reason I'm giving them two stars instead of one, it's because the employees that work there are actually nice, and even though they are clearly overworked and understaffed, they still do it with a smile on their face. I noticed in all of those pictures they left out the fountain drink machines. The reason for this is, those things haven't worked in forever. Also, I thought it was kind of cute they took a picture of the car wash, as if it was an actual car wash that you could use. It may have used to have been a car wash, but now it's just extra storage for the gas station. I feel like that's a little bit misleading but, and their defense, it actually is there. Even though it hasn't worked since I've known the place. The people are good but those owners must be insane.

Had a terrible experience at this store the other night July 13. While waiting in line the soda fountain sprayed syrup all over the counter when another customer was trying to get a drink. The female employee on the sales floor said loud enough for the entire store to hear "this lady just made a mess over here and I ain't cleaning it up, Ethan can clean it up when he gets back inside." The customer look completely embarrassed by the comment, and said she would clean it up. The male associate behind the register then made the comment "I've already done my cleaning for today I'm not doing any more."
