We’ve been shopping with them since they came to Derby. Great service and product knowledge. Love that they love our dogs almost as much as we do.
Also appreciate their support of local rescues and hosting meet and greet events for dogs and cats!

The ladies that help us on a weekly basis are always quick to greet us upon entering and usually by name! We will be asked if there’s anything we can be helped with and then when we check out they make sure to tell us about awesome new stuff available and where we are on our rewards.. Getting supplies for the pups is no longer a chore but something we look forward to now..

Always very friendly and helpful. I have a Purrsnickity Kitty-Boy and they make it super easy to try things with him and take back if (WHEN 🤣) he turns up his nose at it. The only questions asked are: What do you think about this one? Shall we try something else?

They always helped me take care of my elderly Yorkie, too, until she passed. If I ever get another doggie, you know where I’ll be going for supplies!

I have been going here for about two years now. The customer service is fantastic. They often have great sales on training treats. I appreciate the quality kibble available and their loyalty program is helpful as well. I love using their dog bathing stations for my super-shedder. I loved that when I bought food for my puppy that he didn't like, I was able to take it back for a refund--even opened--and they donated it to rescue. I know I can always count on help with questions I have.
