My family and I had an amazing time visiting the property for a tour and lunch over looking the avocado fields. The property was beautiful, from the creek our kids played in to the hills covered in avocado trees. We were served fresh juice, an amazing shrimp and bacon salad, skirt steak and of course chips with guacamole for lunch. The star of the trip, however, was our tour guide Lucy, the dog. She ran along side our Atv and played in the creek with our kids. Great experience and looking forward to coming back!

So disappointed!!! We spent $70 for the two of us to take a tour. The place was difficult to find and there was no cell service so that we could contact anyone. When we finally arrived, we were hungry and needed to use the restroom. There were no picnic facilities or restrooms available. Fortunately, we brought our own charcuterie which we ate as the lady asked if we had any questions about avocados. She then said we could follow the trail and hike around. If we found any avocados on the ground, we were welcome to take those (there weren't many and most were not edible): we were not invited to pick from the trees. Nor were we offered any that were in boxes or bags which would have been nice. She met back with us after thirty minutes and brought one skittish dog down to meet us. Nothing was like what was presented in the tour info on the website. Definitely will never do this again. Also, the website says there is a shop: we did not see any buildings or merchandise.

We went on the doggy adventure with picnic lunch. It was a little tough to find but WELL WORTH every mile to get there. They thought of everything for the experience from beginning to end. With the challenging and so rewarding of a hike down (or they could drive you down and back up) to the crystal clear refreshing river. It has soft sand, the swing over the water, table, hammock, chairs and umbrella. We loved our two delicious lemonade choices. And everything about our home made meal!! Incuding a meal for our baby dog!!! I mean if that doesn't say it all right there. And of course the breath taking view where we ate it. The couch was so comfy and shaded perfectly. The daybed was the icing on the cake. This is a MUST adventure for everyone. The owners are so so amazing. Don't forget to place your fresh organic produce order on their easy to use website!!! I LOVE ordering the produce box that comes with a variety of gorgeous fruits and veggies!!!! And we love ordering their many different homemade lemonades!!!

Had an amazing time. We got a ride down to the stream via the four wheeler. We had a hour to explore the water and the boulders. Two chairs on a sandy beach. Crystal clear water. After we were done, they picked us up. We arrived back to their residence where fresh guacamole and homemade lemonade was waiting. Spectacular views and comfy furniture. Then they brought out fresh lunch of chicken and steak. Lemonade was so good, we bought some to take home. Can't wait to go back.

Horrible waste of money. $40 to walk the trails and another $40 to bring our dog. They allowed us to visit the stream for free, but normally that would have been another $40 too. The stream is beautiful, but not for $80. They didn’t provide any water/lemon aid/guacamole or anything else that was mentioned in other reviews. They did drive us in their 4-wheeler, but again hardly a $80 value. The only thing they told us on the tour was that these were Hass avacados… I would not recommend going and will never go back. I don’t understand all the positive reviews because our experience was nothing like that. Save your money and hike the Santa Margarita Preserve instead.

Everything is stunningly beautiful! Large green trees and plants and flowers all over. Alma and Dave made sure we had a great time at the cool clear creek and for us to experience the get-away we were looking for. If you have the chance to get any type of drink or food....do it!....they have a touch for cuisine. And they have happy dogs : )
