I went buy chicken like i usually do, this time is was more important because my father is very ill and all we can give him is chicken soups and why not from the fresh poultry we been coming for the past 8yrs . One of the cashiers that I forgot her name but she’s Hispanic and the only rude out of them gave me horrible service and walked away leaving me standing there looking like an idiot only for asking for a bigger size chicken . She than seems me still standing and tells me that the other cashier will assist me. I got upset and told her I wanted to speak to the owner because this is always the case with and today I wasn’t going to put it with , he than comes out and says to me there’s no big chicken what else do you want , I’m like no we need to address you employees behavior towards me been a client , he than says he’s not her father he can’t control her nor me but was yelling at me in front of all the rest of employees and customers . I said you can becaus e she’s your employee and needs to be better at giving a nice customer service specially when we’re not been rude to her o give a reason not to. He continues yelling at me and tells me to get out leave and if I don’t like to go somewhere else . This is the Asian owner acting this way towards me in front of a crowd . Wished I would of record him so people know not to continue going to his business for lack of service and treatment towards customers. And cashier was laughing I did say to her that I wasn’t getting anything for free and she should be grateful for having a job . But I felt very bad and attacked by them both and will be reporting it and file a complain . If happens again will definitely call the police and have them check footage if it even works but so they see how aggressive and dangerous he can be to customers .

I used to buy chicken from this place many years ago and loved it. On Friday March 22nd I decided to stop by after years of not buying from them. Decided to get a chicken to make some soup and chicken feet. As I was driving home there was a rotten smell coming out of the bag. I stopped to check the chicken but it smelled fine. I got home and as soon as I opened the bag with the chicken feet I was hit with a rotten smell. I did not want to drive back to Harbor for $3.00 and waste more money in gas. They told me I needed to bring them back in order to get a refund. Truth be told I think having chicken in a bucket of ice does not cool it enough to a safe temperature. The chicken is good but I don't think they have safe cooling practices. Will look for another place. Check your chicken for a bad smell before you go home if you plan to buy from here. GOOD LUCK!!!

I would give a 0 if I can, it's not matter tho. They was nice before, and now they don't need customer. Guess they don't need who only buy 1 pack $7 brown egg every single week. Give me a pack of terrible shape egg and say 'not like it, go away' to me. Well it was the second time they tell me this. So no third time you mf. Bye!

Update: yeah by saying 'it's not fair for other customers' is yelling to my face: no like it, get out, understand, go? Angry? Upset? Feeling unreasonalbe? That's right cause I use the same attitude that your employee used to me that day. Point out the customer's mistake cannot hide away your bad services. Peace.

The youngest lady in the front is very very rude I’m very disappointed, horrible service, the quality is great but the service very bad. The owner needs to look for new employees.
