Awesome experience. We sat at the bar so service was great, got a ton of food and honestly all of it was . Best chips ever and the steak was actually really good.

I reached out to the suggested link that the owner put on the review. I still have not received a response from the owner. Chili’s does not care about resolutions just want their money.

We recently visited Chili’s for a special celebration dinner, but the experience was absolutely terrible. It took over an hour and a half to receive our food, and by that time, we had to ask for it to go because the wait was unbearable. The restaurant seemed very understaffed, with only one waitress working, who barely checked on us.

To make matters worse, other patrons were leaving due to the wait, but for us, it was too late to leave. This completely ruined the celebration we had planned with family. When we asked for a manager to request a partial refund for the poor service, we were told the manager was unavailable because she was upset. That’s simply unacceptable.

This was one of the worst dining experiences we've ever had, and we will not be coming back. I hope Chili’s takes this as an opportunity to improve their service, but for us, it’s too late.

To be honest it’s rare that I have a completely negative experience at most establishments but Chilis Fultondale was the exception to the rule. We waited on a table and when seated we waited a bit more. There was an odor and when our waitress finally showed up she took our order walked off and returned 10 minutes later to retake our order because she forgot. You do the math ?

I went with my wife and child and we arrived there around 1:30 pm. Food was ok but we waited a very long time. They had one server for like half the restaurant and she was also handing some To Go orders. She was clearly overwhelmed for sure. They are very understaffed. We noticed at least 3 groups of people walk out. Some were waiting to be seated for a long time and were clearly frustrated. We were frustrated because our server almost never came by to check on us especially since my wife wanted to order something else. But we don’t blame the server. We blame the establishment for being so understaffed. There was an older lady greeting customers and she was a sweetheart. She was our best experience. She came to our table numerous times to check on us but there was little she could do since she was handling customers walking in and cleaning tables. We left there at 3:10 pm and most of that time was spent waiting. Unacceptable! We won’t be returning until they get a better handle of their staffing issues. It’s simple math. Customers walking away is lost revenue and they more than likely won’t return. This is mind boggling.

Food was slightly undercooked. Lack of staff and the food portions are way smaller than it usually is for paying almost 20 bucks for a kids meal lookalike. Oh BTW don't trust the waiter with the manbun can't make a decent drink or remember orders

Went during lunch and surprisingly it was only a few people. Sat and greeted immediately. Server was good. Appetizer combo looked like it was for a child. Cajun pasta was good. Wings were hot.

I love the egg rolls, quesadillas and loaded potato soup. Haven't had anything I didn't care for yet. Great relaxed place where everyone can find something to eat.

This place was fantastic. My family and I went to celebrate my daughter's birthday and the service,food, and atmosphere was excellent. This place gives what most places don't give anymore customer service excellence.
