Completed a renewal for my CCL in Chicago. The trainer Tony Mirato was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and fun to learn from. The Training/Requalification was great. There was also as assistant named TC that was extremely kind and very thorough. Both of them were awesome. I highly recommend getting any and all your training with this company. They were Top Notch !!! TC is also an awesome person that keeps track of your training and everything you could possibly ask for. She is great at her job and is an outstanding person. She truly is great and Don Haworth is very fortunate to have her. TC takes your worries away and provides mental security that she will have you all up to date. Couldn't be happier with this Training group of people and TC tops everything off with her thoroughness, accuracy and kindness.👍

I would give 10 stars if possible. Super professional, very thorough training for the concealed carry renewal course. I took the course today and I took it five years ago. Dan is awesome. He is very knowledgeable and extremely patient. This time he also had Tony with him. Same thing. He is a very knowledgeable and friendly patient instructor. They also have TC DOING ALL THE PAPERWORK FOR YOU. ILLINOIS REQUIRES A LOT OF DOCUMENTATION AND SHE IS WONDERFUL. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED AND I HOPE TO SEE YOU IN FIVE YEARS WHEN I HAVE TO RENEW AGAIN!!!

TC was fantastic! She was extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me with my IL CCL instructor license. When I ran into an issue with my credit card processing for my Utah CCL, she immediately took action, set up a conference call with the state, and resolved the problem quickly.

I did my CCL classes here in which I also completedy fingerprints. I had prestarted on my license application which was wrong and TC fixed it. Don and Tony are very knowledgeable and doesn't leave any Questions unanswered. The Dos and Donts of stories they told us was very educational. Tony was Amazing he's Handsome but married!
If you need help after classes or come across any situations please give them an call they're still there to help!!!
FYI DO NOT PET THE DOGS!
See you guys in 5 years , I might even stop by when bored!

Just did my 8-hr refresher course for unarmed security. Had a great experience, the class was done by Don. Very knowledgeable and more than will to share that knowledge. Previous classes taken there were the same experience. Would highly recommend.

I did my concealed carry training with Don at Chicago Firearm Training. My experience was excellent. All staff was friendly and helpful in a very open and engaging environment. Don has a passion for teaching and takes the time to answer everyones questions. So much of your experience will depend on the passion and ability of the instructor, which Don had. Don and TC are exceptional instructors. I earned several certifications from them, including the 20-hour unarmed security training, the 28-hour armed security training, and the ASP handcuff and baton certification. Don is an outstanding teacher with extensive knowledge and can answer any question you have. TC helped me obtain my PERC card, and communication with her is always smooth. Additionally, you can get your fingerprints done on-site while attending the class, which is a great bonus. If you're looking for a school to receive any of these trainings, look no further!
