I will be refusing any future loads here. 5pm appt I arrived at 12pm they said to to truck stop and they will call. They never called and were not answering the phone. So I go in person at 445pm they finally give me a door. They started loading at 1145pn and finished at 12am. Also they have ZERO trucks in the docks and at making 4 trucks wait for doors

Arrived at 8:30 for a 9:00 appointment. Check in took about 15 minutes because the guy wasn’t at the desk. Once he got there he was apologetic and polite. I had to drive to the back of the building to gate 3 and bumped dock 16 by 8:55. The forklift driver was friendly and had me locked in by 9:00. They had 2 drivers unloading my trailer and they had me empty of 56 pallets by 9:25.

Delivery within 20 minutes- it's just 6 coils, right? Be prepared for remove all that nailed wood they left in your trailer.
The receiver said he has no tools for that!

I had a really good experience here,I want to give a special thanks to Shannon.i appreciate how kind and professional you were,you gave really good instruction of the operation and that helped me navigate in out of the facility with no problems.you made me feel very welcome and I want to acknowledge that.also I want to give a special thanks to Jay.he was my forklift operator.thank you for being kind and very proficient on the forklift.you got me offloaded quickly and that's very appreciated.being kind and professional is not something I take for granted and you all done a Excellent job displaying it.stay blessed.
