I love Centre Square for its spacious rooms, the good people I've been able to meet and room with, and the fun activities they have around the complex. Management is friendly and always willing to help, maintenance gets done within a week usually. The fields are a good place for residents to do sports during the warmer weather and snowball fights during the winter. From my past 4 semesters living in a 6 person apartment, I can say that we have plenty of storage, and enough living space for our own needs. I haven't had much of a problem with clean checks, I might miss something from time to time, but the rechecks always seem to go well. I've only been locked out of the building once, and that was mostly due to not entering my pin in right. There may be a few more freshmen, but it seems that over time most residents stay so there's a pretty even split. Definitely give Centre Square a chance, it's a great environment to live in.

Management is amazing. Requests are completed quickly. Price is amazing, people are friendly. Study rooms, piano rooms, and common areas with ping pong tables, pool tables, and foosball tables in buildings 1 and 3. The stake is amazing. One downside is that it's almost all freshmen who choose to go there, so the population isnt very diverse in that sense. I absolutely loved my ward. Great experience, would highly recommend it to freshmen. Apartments have a lot of storage, in unit washer and dryer, trash pickup to your apt door twice a week, dishwasher, pantry space, tv, updated appliances, and AC. Great place.

I’ve been living in Center Square for five semesters now. I couldn’t be happier with my experience, especially thanks to Building 2 manager Laurelyn Hansen. She is truly the best! Everyone in the building loves her, and her kindness, reliability, and support have made a huge difference. Honestly, she’s the main reason I’ve chosen to stay in Building 2 all this time. She’s always super helpful and goes above and beyond for the residents.

Lived there for 4 semesters and moving somewhere else, the building an facility’s are really nice where if you make a maintenance request it will be answered. The apartment it’s self is big and nice, but the social atmosphere is awful where the people who have been there a long time are usually very awkward and hard to talk to and it is also owned by the school so you get tons of freshmen and which means you get the lost people who have no direction in life, you also get the people who there parents control there life, where these people can be a nightmare and headache to live with exspecailly around finals and final clean checks. The wards are nice where the bishops were awesome but the attendance to ward activities always felt underwhelming. Overall I have great memories of playing pool ,using the grill during the fall semester (which they take away during the winter semester), and meeting some new roommates who are trying to find direction in life and doing my best to help them out. Where the bad is check you washer and dryer I had two of them go bad on me. While living there, in my experience your worst roommate will be in the room closest to the living room where you will usually get one disliked Roomate out of 6 where if your are going to life here create a group of roommates you trust where the online system is very easy to use to set up so your in the same dorm with all of your friends, also very close to upper fields, management is awesome bri is the best where for a while I lost my I card an was getting locked out where the lended me a physical key they are truly the best.

This is a great residential hall complex. The apartments are spacious, clean, beautiful inside and out. The entire. Omplex is very well maintained. The buildings look & feel new. The management team is outstanding. Breanne specifically is fantastic. This is a perfect solution for your Freshman son or daughter. It's right across the street from the Rexburg Temple. It's easily within walking distance to everything on BYU-I campus. Bike lock stands are everywhere. Handicap access is easy, lots of ramps and automatic doors. Each building has pool tables and ping-pong tables, game rooms, outdoor grills (Blackstones), huge green area for playing Frisbee or throwing a ball. Overall this is easily the best housing on campus.

Leaving a one star review due to picky and controlling management. The space itself is very nice, it’s a good apartment, but management makes it unbearable. For example: during clean checks, management left our beds taken apart at the bottoms, and also left our microwave, washer, and dryer open. She also failed our washer and dryer because I had laundry going at the time of the clean checks.

This is only one example of this kind of behavior, but this has been my kind of experience since I moved in. Management is always very sassy and rude, very demeaning and off-putting. I will never live here again, thank the Lord that I only signed for one semester.

This place BLOWS. Lights are kept on until midnight and they keep people awake. Management was made aware of this via several personal complaints and a petition. They refused to do anything and encourage residents to spend their own money on blackout curtains.
The clean checks are overly strict; they expect it to be spotless. Management is asinine, snide, incompetent, and uncaring. Not very Christlike at all. Those who work late at night can expect to be locked out after curfew with no way back in and management will not give them a code! The laughing stock of BYUI. Worst apartment I’ve ever been to.

I think Centre Square is great when it comes to storage and a good freshman experience. Their apartments are really nice and spacious. One of my apartments actually had a view of the temple! The people who live here are known to be freshmen and return missionaries. If you’re not a freshman I wouldn’t recommend living here. They are really strict with curfew, and have people walking around after curfew ready to approach you and ask why you were out late. The wards are great, really nice friendly people! I always enjoyed FHE here. I have heard that parking is pretty awful here, when I lived here I didn’t have a car yet so I always took the Walmart Shuttle, which can be pretty crowded at times.
