I went for travel vaccines, I was told there’s a one time $40 administrative fee which I paid. I went for the second set of vaccines, they charges me another $40 administrative fee!! I question this on site, since I was told it’s one and done. They said it’s $40 each time.My sister who’s going on the same trip was charged once for administrative fee. She went two times just like me, I called to question again why I was charge a total of $80 dollars and she was charged $40 for. They asked for her name, which had NOTHING to do with me being overcharged. I really didn’t appreciate the condescending of Michelle. I kept questioning validity of what she was saying and all she did was repeat the same lame excuse and tell me to calm down. I NEVER raised my voice once!!! I take offense she was insinuating that I want calm. I guess asking the same question over again, is not being calm, Michelle your reasoning is flawed!! Who knew I would be scammed by the Center of pharmaceutical Compounding!! You should be ashamed of yourself!!

I ordered refills and 1 was not filled correctly. I was given a prescription for a medication that my husband still takese but it's now 60mg stronger. When I took it back and told them they made a mistake and I wanted a refund the pharmacist informed me that she couldn't take meds back once they leave the pharmacy!! I knew that already! I want my $18 back. I don't care what happens to the medicine we don't need. Their mistake not mine

They were able to fill a rare prescription because my usual compounding pharmacy was out of the med. However, they charged me triple. That's 3× what's the usual price. And when I got home I was putting away my medicine, accidentally dropped it, and since it was a liquid and contained in a GLASS vial of all things, it shattered and I never even was able to use it. This wasn't their fault but mine, however, nothing like this has ever happened in the 10+ yrs, and they are not very accommodating. So, between the extreme 3× cost and their inability to be of any help whatsoever.... leaves me to peg them at a 3*

I thought a pharmacy, especially a small local one would really take pride in how they represent themselves and a business. When I call ahead the week before, day before and arrive the morning of when my medication should be refilled I am treated with the most unprofessional mannerism, the lady could care less if I get my prescription. I get the run around, the excuses, the disrespect is unbelievable. Most recently they stated they couldn't get the correct dosage of my medication, they called me at 4:50pm the day before my script was ready to fill, when I called to confirm 3 days prior. I understand things happen and come up, it would just be truly nice to not feel like such an inconvenience, when I am the one whose being inconvenienced.
