When I ordered (and paid for) a few packets of dip mix over two years ago, then waited --in vain -- a few weeks for their arrival, I decided to call. I left a message, then waited some more. I called again, left another message, waited a few more week -- then gave up. They've had my money for over two years, but I never received the product. My advice: don't deal with this company.
