Reviews make it seem like a bad place but they not that bad here, shipping and receiving does take a lil while but I got here 2 hr prior to appointment and was done by my appointment time. They do allow overnight parking witch was a plus.

As all other reviews state this place is ridicolous. I arrived at 1220 on 1/2/18. Thats 40 munutes b4 my appt:. I had the wrong PU# so by the tume that was soerted out it 10 till 1300. I get checked in and am told my load is not ready, so now Im at the mwrcy of this forsaken shipper.

These guys are a hit and miss I guess. Avoid delivering to this place in my opinion. They made me wait two days to get unloaded. Made me reschedule my appointment. Broker told me that they booked this load but never confirmed the it. I got the load from KS on Monday. Today’s Friday and still waiting for them to call me. Waisted my whole week and missed my son’s birthday.

Don't ever ship here!!!

We're sitting in their lot right now losing money by the minute.

Have a load of paper from GP. Picked it up yesterday, and had less than a 250 mi drive to drop off here, so we got here around midnight and parked overnight. Tried to check in at 7a, and warehouse worker says he won't unload us because we're "not on his list". Not on his list for this week or next week he says, and they can't unload us unless we're on their schedule. Hardly any trucks have come in and out, and the docks have been completely empty sometimes for over 20 minutes straight.

Another driver that picked up at GP yesterday is getting the same run around.

Been on the phone all morning with the broker and they finally told us that they got it sorted out and we would get a door soon, so I go back into the warehouse and he says we're on the schedule now, but for Monday! Today's only Wednesday. That's 6 days away.

This place is a joke. It's going on the blacklist!

RECEIVING HOURS M-F 7:00am to 1:45pm ONLY!

Had an appointment at 11am showed up at 2:30pm on a Friday afternoon ☹️ Allllll Bad!

Got unloaded in about 1/2 hour. Real truckers will know what to do !!!

The Shipping office is on the side of building. There's no one there to attend truckers. You have to ring the bell to get checked in. Waiting is around 15 - 20 mins before they speak to you. Asked the guy who finally showed up about time frame for wait. "Can't say anything " replied. Other then that open dock area for easy moving. Don't know if the receiving is the same. Another place to burn up driving hrs.
