Jamie did an awesome job on taking care of my claim. The person that I needed to see wasn't there twice. Jamie stepped up and assisted me with my claim. She informed me that this was not part of her department in the company, but she was willing to help, and she would do what she could to help. I also had a problem with the paperwork. She tried to contact someone twice. She also sent me a link to help me so I could check on the progress of the claim. She didn't stop until my claim when through the claim department. I just recently hit a deer last weekend and I called the office and spoke to Jamie.
She was so nice to me. She understood how upset I was and told me " but you're ok and that's what matters".
She is always so nice when I have spoken to her.

My husband and I can’t say enough great things about Carol Perdue and her ENTIRE team! We’ve been with State Farm for a few years now. Mary Cowart is the best. She is so patient and honest and will do everything she can to make sure you get the best coverage. She’s been my go-to person ever since joining the State Farm team! It doesn’t matter if it’s during or after business hours or even on the weekend; if I have a question or problem and have to call or text her (yes, she even gave me her cell number), she gets back with me immediately. Also whether I’m just stopping by or calling over the phone, EVERYONE in the office has always been very friendly and willing to do everything they can to help me. Carol, you and your staff are the best!! I highly recommend this office and agent Mary Cowart for all of your insurance needs!
