Stepped in here to see what the IG hype was about and I was not disappointed. Very good meat quality compared to your local grocery store. I will not shop grocery store meat anymore. My favorite cuts were Tasajo & costilla. 10/10!

I usually ONLY buy my meat here for the quality I’m giving them a 3 ⭐️s only because they never answer the phone to save time and place orders ahead because if it’s not in the front you either have to wait or they don’t have it! It would be nice to save a trip

Decided to finally step in, as I drive by this store daily on my commute to work. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by all the workers. The store layout is simple but very clean. The most important part is the meat. The meat is a very high quality, but with that it brings a fairly high price. Most of the thicker cuts like Ribeye or New York strip are Prime beef. They also carry a nice selection of Wagyu beef, including Japanese A5 wagyu for a lower price than I’ve seen elsewhere. This is the perfect spot to get high quality meat for a date night or special occasion.

I got marinated Al Pastor for tacos and the meat was super tender and flavorful. I also got some thin sliced beef short rib and the marbling was incredible! Best quality of beef I have seen for the price! Will definitely be going regularly to try different cuts.

So I drove from irvine to here hoping to find the best Carne asada around. Unfortunately was left a lil disappointed..

Staff was great,friendly and welcoming! Also looked like they have other high quality meats like Japanese and Australian wagyu👍. But.. I was there for the asada,preparada to be exact..

The Carne asada preparada was ok,right away I could see it lacked in the ammount of sauce and spices that it should have as I've seen at my other locations. After cooking it had little to no flavor to be honest. Quality of meat was ok.

At least they had really good green slasa!

Was immediately greeted when I walked in; place is clean and very well organized. I purchased chorizo, marinated al pastor meat, and some of the pre-packaged salsas which were all great. Compared to other carnicerias, the meat here looks and tastes of higher quality. The chorizo (made in house) was one of the best I've had. Service was excellent and I would recommend for all to stop in and give them a try. Thank you!
