Horrible customer service. Took them a month to tell me my tractor wasn’t worth fixing, bought a used one from them and that took a month before I received it from them. Once I received tractor was dirty didn’t even attempt the clean it up in anyway and my tractor runs rougher then it did when I test drove it. I would think after spending almost 20 grand with them they could at least clean it up and make sure it operated properly.

Awesome people. I was stranded in the woods on a tractor, wouldn't restart. I call them and they helped me diagnose the problem over the phone and get me back to work. I try to give as much business as I can to them.

I come for old tractor parts and leave with parts plus tips on how to accomplish the job. Greg is the most knowledgeable man I’ve ever met when it comes to fixing tractors. Among other tips, the last time I was there for gaskets Greg took the time to look up my model and wrote the torque specs down for me. That is top notch service. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Warranty work is big problem with this place. They never seem to fix the problem. Last time it was taken in for Warranty work, they kept 7 days, put new blade on , not needed or informed they were going to do and charged 200.00 plus. Picked up for Warranty work, Keith at no time told me there was a charge to pick up. I would not recommend Carleton Farm to anyone.

Very helpful people. I was looking for a strange gasket and they were almost sure they didn't have anything in stock similar to what I brought in to compare but they still spent about 20 minutes to look and make sure. All that for a 30 cent gasket. Now that's devotion to their work.

This place is very terribly run. They can't keep mechanics and take no responsibility for mistakes their mechanics make. Do not trust this facility to diagnose mechanical problems, they do not seem to have the proper training and equipment. My suggestion, do not drop your equipment and deal with the manager at the desk. Speak directly to the mechanic and ask what his approach is, the estimate time ect, and especially be sure to talk directly to him prior to authorizing repairs. You should not have to do this but buyer beware here if you dont
