Ordered jerked chicken wings and fries for $11.99. Wings were fire but kind of small. Fries were extremely hot. My lady ordered the ox tails size large for $27!! Expensive dude but it was also good. Women I ordered the food with over the phone was nice. Walked in dude behind the bar saw me and didn’t say anything food was just sitting there? Customer service needs improvement. Food was fresh and hot , would I go back sure but not at top of list. Especially when I’m spending that kind of money and service leaves more to be desired.

Clean and welcoming. They have a nice selection of liquor with a small bar near the kitchen, a good amount of seating via table and booths and a small area outside. Had the oxtails and the jerk chicken. The oxtails had good flavor but were tough and not much meat. The chicken and rice had great flavor and was tender. The small portion is still quite a bit of food. We dined in early in the day and everything tasted fresh. Will be back for the food but would recommend the juice/smoothie drinks. They didn’t taste natural and an artificial taste.

Been to this place a few times but it’s starting to be a hit or miss. And yesterday’s food was a miss for me. So i placed a $86 order so we were excited to order and get the exceptional food im used to. But the plantains were hard, the side of yams i order was pretty empty, the lamb was good but it was less in the plate then what im used to getting more rice than anything, and the hush puppies were doughy inside. I’m really disappointed in this place paid to much money for this to happen. May have to find a new spot now 😔.

I’ve been coming to this spot for about a year, and I’d definitely recommend it. As a big fan of Jamaican food, I’ve been on the lookout for a place that serves authentic Boston-style dishes—and this place hits the mark! Their jerk chicken is my go-to: flavorful, juicy, and saucy, just the way I like it. I’ve dined in a few times, and service is always quick and friendly. My only wish is for a bit more rice and cabbage with the meal, but overall, it’s still good!

I hate to put this review because the owners are amazing BUT…I’m tired of spending my money to support nonsense. This here was my last straw. I order a goat soup…No meat in it…that’s fine. The soup was so cold I had to bring it home to warm and stop some where else to eat. Now I pour over the soup and it’s burnt…how is it burnt when I received it cold. I’ve had a few other concerns but this took the cake and there was a stick in it too! Kitchen staff poor poor job really!

I must say what we had was good but the portions is small for the price. And the serving skills is trouble smh. We walked with plans to do carry out but at the counter we decision to dine in an lady said I can take your order before you seat down that was the fisrt sign and she took her sweet time getting everything to us for us she was serving like it was no tip involved but the people at the bar was waited on head and foot.

Clean unique and friendly staff. They make their own ginger and sorrel juice. The ginger juice is 🔥! I got a meal that comes with 2 sides ($15-18). I ordered brown stew chicken cabbage with rice and peas and plantain. I also got a beef patty. Everything was 🔥🔥🔥

AMAZING food! Best hush puppies I’ve ever had, and fair prices. Everything came out in a timely manner and was very hot and flavorful. This is a gem!! Must visit.
