Update Jan: no change, still great.
I had great experience. Checked in 3 hrs early, dropped trailer and bobtail to Love's. They answered phone every time I called to check status. Load ready 3hrs later than earliest time available. Everyone friendly and professional. Lot is tight but manageable. Don't wash trailer, they do it anyway. Don't walk in with poor expectations and maybe you won't come out disappointed. No overnight parking loses star.

Do not book any dispatch load from this company, it is a very bad company.

I’ve been here over a dozen times through Jett Trucking Co. Today, Ryan & Dominic were very professional in getting me checked in and out very efficiently in exactly 30 min for a drop n hook on a SUNDAY! I wish it was that perfect and well structured system like that every time.

The trailer parking lot is FULL!!! Wash bay has a LOT of debris in front of it - watch for nails in your tires!!! Been here 5x this year - NEVER on time!!! Longest wait was 24 hrs past appointment!!! RIDICULOUS!!!

Cargill Meat Solutions is the distributor of the Today’s Kitchen brand’s White Wine Mushroom Chicken, which I found at my local Costco.

Any prepared, heat-up-at-home meal is music to my ears these days. In this case, if you’re a chicken marsala fan like I am, I think you’ll be pleasantly surprised with this product. The chicken pieces had grill lines on them and were tender, the mushrooms fresh-tasting, all combined in a flavorful, creamy sauce. The only downfall was the sauce’s sweetness which was too much for my liking.

OVERALL:
Not very many choices when it comes to pre-packaged chicken “marsala” but this version is pretty decent!

I HAVE BEEN HERE AT THIS SHIPPER MANY TIMES FOR YEARS TO PICKUP A LOAD, ALWAYS A DROP & HOOK. THE TRAILER NEVER WAS READY AND THE WAITING TIME IS INCREDIBLE. THE LAST TIME I WAS HERE I HAVE TO WAIT 38 HRS. FOR THE LOAD.
DO YOU SELF A FEVER STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHIPPER.

Checked in for a meat and bone meal load at 3:45pm 9/24/24. Pulled into the load out at 6:30pm 9/24/24. Was told not enough product and pulled out of the load out with nothing in my trailer at 10:00 pm 9/24/24 and restaged in line. Pulled back into load out at 4:30am 9/25/24. Finished loading at 5:20 am 9/25/24. Weighed out and started waiting for testing and paperwork at 5:25 am 9/25/24 and it is 7:17 am 9/25/24 and still waiting for paperwork and testing... Went to guard shack to inquire about my load paperwork and the workers were rude. Personalities of a sack of wet rats... Maybe Purina should stop purchasing feed ingredients from here. Probably gonna have a conversation about that with them!!
Not the first time I e had this problem here.
