12/6/24 - arrived at 10am, was met instantly outside by the unloader. He got me checked in and on a door instantly... maybe because I was the only one here or I just got lucky... either way. In and out within an hour and a half.

Plenty of space to maneuver your trailer and get on the doors. If you're coming from Internationale Pkwy and turn on Woodward Ave. Use the 2nd entrance on the left (bigger turn in).. if you're coming from I-55 then it'll be the 1st entrance in your right.. I'll include a photo.

Lumper fees may vary... Pay thru FreightSmith app or link in the text they send you.

Have to call number on the receiving door to check in. Receiving by Door 11. Kind of tight but manageable. There is a Lumpur Fee. No overnight parking. Greater I-55 Truck Stop 10 minutes away. $15.00 overnight parking and they have a trailer washout.

Receiving 6:30AM to 1:00PM. Arrived the night before and was allowed to overnight park and offered use of bathroom if needed. When you come here, be sure to park on the side of the building out of everyone way. 6AM got a knock on the door and was checked in. They broke seal. Just had to back into door and pay lumper on freight ways app.

Bad location for delivery! Tight and crowded with their trucks. Rude beard guy at receiving. Slow unloading. Try to stay away from this location. No overnight parking, no toilets, no answer the phone. You have to ring the bell on the door. For lumper must download the FreightSmith app. Good luck to you all!

Super nice people. I brought a Cargill to Cargill delivery. Lumper fee, unloading was quick and lumpers were great. FYI this place is not 24/7 like Google says. See photo for hours of service and phone numbers. Overall a good experience here... receiving is by door 11.

Tight space too get into and get out of and 50/50 if u are going too be able to maneuver into a dock if Domino's pizza delivery trucks or MDI transportation dump trucks are in the way. All in all people are very nice and friendly but be ready too wait for a long time too get unloaded, going on 2+ hours 😀 😊

Very tight here. There are 2 ways in because Cargill docks sit in the back. I suggest that when you turn on Woodward Ave coming from I 55 North, go past Cargill on the left to the second entrance, otherwise you will have to turn around. Try not to go to the 1st entrance because you will have to blind back in. I didn't go out the second entrance because my seal was already broken and I didn't want issues so I blind backed in with help. Very difficult with little space. It's easier if you take the second entrance just past the Cargill office, you can back on the sight side so you will be okay. I just wish it was bigger because, it would help a lot. Also there is a lumper fee that must be paid in cash or physical EFS check for those who use EFS. I believe it's the same for Comdata as well. They will not take just the EFS codes. I haven't a clue why but they are the customer so what they say goes. Also it is a one man site according to what the Cargill guy told me. Meaning he is the only person working 6 days a week. So be patient with him. He did just yell at a guy who asked me a question about if you should call the number or not. So if you don't see the guy standing outside, just wait in your truck until you see him. I think he goes by who comes first for appointments so don't try to jump ahead and talk to him, just wait in your truck. Otherwise, he unloads quickly. Good experience.

This is my first time here at this facility, didn't have any problems, the lumper guy was nice to me, it's a little tight in there, you should be okay when you back in, NO OVER NIGHT PARKING.
