Be cautious if your ordering from this company, they messed up my order and when I sent in an email with proof their employee felicity responded with a generic reply, she didn’t bother to look into my issue till I pressed her about it.

After actually doing what she gets paid to do, she finds out that they messed up the listing on the site, the items I ordered were discontinued and never unlisted, but what interesting is their warehouse guys thought it would be fun to send me totally different items from what is pictured on the invoice I waited a week for the items, it would of been nice if they had told me prior to shipping as I needed these items for an event.

I was late on full filling my job ordering goodies for these kids and Now I have to waste my time shipping these items back

Definitely not ordering from them again and so is my boss’s company as well.

CAUTION when ordering machines!!!!!
This place is lucky to have 1 star. The return policy on their website is fraud. Spoke to the manager and he said they will NOT accept any machines back due to sanitary reasons. I explained to him that the package was unopened and untouched. I had accidentally ordered a second machine and they were not under standing at all, seems like just a damn sale was more important than pleasing the customer. And these machines are not cheap. Will never order from here again and I would advise others to call and confirm the return policy before giving your money to companies like this. The lady told me to resell it. She’s hilarious 😂 I’m done.

They shipped only the stand on time but when I called about the actual vending machine no one responded and then never called me back after I left a message. 10 days later I when I was able to speak to someone they said the order was already shipped but when I pushed them on the issue they realized that my order had not even left their facility yet. When I asked about compensation for the delay they told me that there was nothing I could do about it. Terrible service.

Placed an order in 4/2/15 for 1 Tripple Time Machine. Was told the day I placed it I missed the cutoff for same day shipping. Lady said it will ship out tomorrow 4/3/15 and I would receive tracing on it as soon as it shipped. Called on Monday 4/6/15 wanting to know if it had shipped. The lady that answered said it had shipped. When I asked for tracking she states "Oh it hasn't shipped yet." I asked when it would ship and she stated that she did not know. I told her I felt mislead because I was told it would ship on Friday. She goes "Do you have some sort of a deadline?" I said no, but when I tell my customers something I stick by it. She said again I would receive tracking info when it ships. I hung up. On 4/7/15, I emailed in asking why I had STILL NOT RECEIVED TRACING INFO, and that if it hadn't yet shipped I wanted a full refund. 2 Minutes later I got an email saying it had shipped. Won't be buying anything else from these people. Not very professional in dealing with objections, or issues.
