Why, for probably a month now, have decided not to stock your shelves. It's pathetic that one of 2 feed stores in town and you have not gotten feed in.

Worst customer service. After multiple calls and confirmation of scheduled mobile vet visit we got everything setup and scheduled time off work took all 5 dogs 3 puppies and mom plus dad walked in the door and they acted like it was our fault we had the wrong day ! We even told the cashier we confirmed yesterday afternoon to be here at 1pm she’s got all sassy mouthed and pointed her finger said there’s the manager go tell her. All we wanted to know is why when we called to confirm literally yesterday she didn’t say anything about not coming tomorrow. And to be treated like we are stupid ! Now we need to drive back home another 30 min just to try and do it again next week. I recommend you double check and get peoples names who you speak to especially if you’re verifying anything over the phone because they just don’t seem like they know what they’re doing. After we called and spoke with the vet, he specifically said Cal Ranch employees are supposed to give is his phone number so that we can speak with him directly and again they failed to do that as well so it’s just a frustrating ordeal. Come to find out if we would’ve spoke to the guy directly by giving us his number, we wouldn’t have had to take time out of our day to come all the way down here. They don’t know how to do their job it’s sad

The Casa Grande C.A.L. Ranch store is the best one I have ever visited. Everyone in the store was friendly and helpful. Special mention has to go to Sheldon at the gun counter and Rebekah who seemed to be everywhere.

Without a doubt, this was the best overall customer service and shopping experience I have had in years.

I was so impressed by Sheldon and Rebekah, I asked to speak to the Manager, Assia, so I could compliment them personally. We ended up talking for about ten minutes.

Credit, where credit is due....this store great.

This place rocks!! I just stared shopping at this store within the past few weeks and I can’t get enough. Their sales are great, their prices are reasonable, they have all your pet needs, and they host a veterinarian on Saturday’s for all your puppy’s shots. I highly recommend stopping by here. Also, the staff here are quite helpful and sweet!
