I placed an order that was not shipped to me, but ended up being delivered to another town in another state. I contacted them via email twice to inquire how to solve the issue and received zero response. I ended up disputing the charge with my credit card company. Any communication is better than none. Take your business elsewhere.

Pull straight in, go down to the end swing wide to the right to straighten out. Receiving door is inside the big roll up door. Receiving starts at 8am

great service...Im sure you can price shop and get it for a few pennies cheaper some place, but why? they know there stuff and have some really good knives.

I placed my order a week ago and it still hasn't shipped yet. Very little to no communication when it might ship. Overall customer service has been terrible. If you need product to arrive on any predictable timetable what so ever this may not be the company you want to order from. Shipping cost are also very high.

Great people to deal with. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They have a huge selection products to meet all of my home-butchering needs as a deer hunter. Plus so many choices for sausage making. All at very reasonable prices.
