I want to give a huge shout out to Buried in Stone Farm and Farmers Market. We picked up a half a cow that they processed. Besides the fact their knowledgeable butcher spoke with me one on one to make sure my cuts were just perfect, the meat cuts look absolutely beautiful. Communication and customer service was over the top. I also had time to browse their meat which includes pork, chicken, sausage, heart, spice, seasoning, casings, etc., while I was at their store. Everything looks amazing. Prices are incredibly reasonable for good quality food. I strongly encourage everyone to check them out. I live in Marquette but will be doing some trips to Esky just to grab other things at their store. I felt like I stepped into a old fashion, good quality farmers market. I give them 5 stars! Look forward to giving my continued business.

Amazing selection of frozen and fresh red and white meat. Appeared most of it was local or from the Farm owned by the proprietor. Also all sorts of various other proteins/fish. Small selection of other grocery items. The owner was there and very friendly. You should support this local butcher!

Just wanted to say, I had bought three frozen bacon wrapped filets and thawed them for dinner last night and they were the best thing ever! So tender. My little guy (3 year old) even asked for seconds. Bravo Elliot and family!
