The first place we visit in Seal Beach is this gorgeous and invigorating and relaxing gardens. Words can’t describe how welcoming the gardens are ..

Today I met a woman who had visited seal beach for the first time and was walking through the gardens saying this was her “happy place”. (So sweet)

The general store that’s part of the gardens has a great selection of items. Definitely go tour it and support this local treasure.

Nicely laid out nursery, but pretty limited. The staff seemed very knowledgeable. Good selection of Mexican-style pots and vases. However, the few prices we checked seemed a little high.

Wow! What a place! I popped in here by accident and spent 50 bucks. That was including 2 beautiful ceramic pots and 7 plants! Great selection of not so common and common plants, super friendly service. I haven't been this impressed in a long time!

I was at long beach with some of my friends until we stumbled upon this gem. The place was out of the ordinary. You have the whole city and right next to it is this amazing garden. We didn't buy anything but the vibe this place gave was very homely, it felt like connecting back to nature.

Dried up plants. The young woman working behind the counter sat there reading her book, not offering help. When I asked whether a plant does well in the sun she was rude and sarcastic, sounded annoyed to have to look up from her book. Many better, less expensive plant stores in the area. No reason to come here.

EXTREMELY rude man who works there. I showed him a picture of what I wanted. I cannot even begin to say how rude he was.. and this was the second time I have bought from him. Never again.

This place is a treasure. If you need soil or a hose go to home depot. If you want handmade pottery, unique ground cover or hard/never to find plants this is your place. Sincerely helpful staff and a garden you can get lost in. It's a must stop.
