A very unique place in the middle of nowhere. I stopped here once after passing by quite a few times. The jerky is pretty pricey but what do you expect getting exotic ones like alligator or elk? I ended up getting some regular jerky sticks that were pretty good. The guy behind the counter was friendly and accommodating. If you are passing by this place I would recommend making a quick stop just to see what they have.

Amazing place to stop on the way up north, or on the way home from a long weekend trip. They have quite the selection of not only beef and turkey jerky; but exotic meats like python, camel, kangaroo and ostrich. They also have quite the selection of chocolates and snacks and even a local coffee brand! They even have taxidermy gator heads for sale! Been shopping here for years especially at Christmas; who doesn’t like jerky in their stocking? Reading some of the one star reviews makes me laugh because people are liars 😂. I’ve met the owner and the employees, and the parking lot is under 24 hour surveillance so when someone says they were there 5 minutes when they were in the parking lot 20 on camera don’t have business writing bogus reviews. This place is awesome and we will return to give double the business that apparently these other “reviewers” didn’t. 5 stars

Impressive selection of exotic jerky and smoked products. The prices are consistent with what I expected. They don't sell python and camel at Meijer, so yeah, you're gonna pay a bit. But my family like to try new things and this store has plenty of that. Highly recommend to jerky junkies.

Been driving by this building for dozens of years. Decided to stop in. Prices are incredibly high. I know this is "Exotic" jerky but is it really exotic when you look at the alligator jerky and it's 90% pork and beef? Guy behind this counter was strange. They should turn it back into the bridal store.

Little on the expensive side but great products and the most friendly staff the gentlemen who help me out was awesome.. ps has a very large variety of jerky from all types of animals .. including alligator shark python
..
But also has frozen pasties all varieties at a great price

I was passing through central Michigan a couple years back for vacation and wanted a road trip snack on my way back to Indiana and I'm so glad I stopped at this gem! Staff were pleasant to chat with and gave great jerky recommendations. I'm always impressed by the exotic variety like alligator, ostrich, kangaroo, and Shark. The store was super clean and well organized shelves. Haven't been able to make it out since but I do take advantage of the flat shipping online. This place is great and is the kind of local gem that deserves your business.
