The food was great! The little grocery store had a decent selection of items along with their ice cream. Mmmmmm

Boiled burgers then slightly grilled. The manager was pissy to everyone and 2/3 people were returning food. Mine was soggy. Fries had no salt. Shake had gross chunks on the bottom. There was trash under equipment, ketchup stuck to dispensers, tables not being cleaned, staff making shakes were spilling all over. Don't go to this local, it's gross. Asked if they did a military discount and manager said they don't do any discounts at all.

Bag of burgers is my usual, they used to be good at this location now there is usually an extended wait associated with burnt cold hockey pucks that the cheese isn't melted on and often forgetting the braums sauce that I paid extra for.

Chicken tenders were yummy and hit the spot! The drive thru person was pleasant enough. However not a fan all of the trash in and around the lot flowing down into the surrounding neighborhood.

I love going here to get my ice cream. They do serve salads, burgers and chicken sandwiches and chicken strips. They do have a breakfast menu too(served till 10:30AM).

Got classic breakfast burritos and 2 big country breakfasts. Half of the burritos were full of liquid and the other half had basically nothing in them. The county breakfasts only had half a scoop of eggs, one sausage patty, a couple of tater tots, and there was barely enough gravy for the one biscuit. Also it took half an hour to get our food from the drive through.

The teenager on the drive through speaker was rude and impatient. Our order was not served accurately. Braum’s used to be consistently good, but over the last year or so (maybe longer?) they’ve gone downhill with their service and food quality, which is unfortunate. Braum’s has the potential to be a good restaurant.

First time in years coming to this Braums in Pittsburgh KS. Went through the drive through and no one was polite. The guy that handed us the food was even eating with his gloves on and touching his face and nose and everything with the same gloves and then touches food That is absolutely disgusting. Worst Braums I have ever been to.
