Brass ring has been great to work with! We picked up our 1/4 grass fed cow today and had the ground beef tonight it was fantastic and look forward to a great steak tomorrow. We also picked up some straw today from him. David was very responsive and was very helpful as this was our first time buying a quarter cow. Not only is Brass Ring Beef some of the most delicious beef I have had in a long time, working with David Parks was easy and professional. I wanted some grass fed beef bones to make a bone broth. So wgen i inquired they were very ready to help me out. When i got there and oicked up a genorous amount of bones with lots of beef still on. I asked how much. Was told that it was there pleasure to gwlp out and just be kind and spread the word about there farm. Im am exstatic about them and cant wait to come back for the hambuger. And am pleased to say i will tell anyone who listens about there farm. Excellent!
