Needed commercial grade. Saw the one we wanted online and visited Boykin Tractor. I think we were in and out with what we needed in less than 30 minutes. And got the grass cut back the same day. It was a pleasant experience and hope to be back soon. Thanks guys!

You know; I have purchased a 726 mower,along with a mini backhoe, a couple of years back,I should have left a review a long time ago
But Im a firm believer that my one review probably will not make much difference. However; this is what I will tell you, this family owned business is by far second to none! I deal with Conner, whether by phone or in store visit. And he will tell you if you ask him, I've tested his knowledge on the product he sells, and man he blew me out of the water with his knowledge and the way he handles his customer.
I even went as far as putting him on speaker phone with my sales people listening to me drilling him on his equipment knowledge. He's one of the best! I challenge anyone to call the business and ask him about any equipment you are looking to purchase, I promise that when you do; you will not go anywhere else. This is a great company, with no nonsense approach,
And attentive to your needs.
The price is comparable but the service you get is incomparable, you just can't beat it.

I went with a friend to find a bolt for a Kubota Diesel Lawn Tractor, unaware of the different bolt sizes and without the old bolt. Fortunately, we were assisted by Brad, who was patient, helpful, and dedicated a lot of time to researching his records to find the correct bolt. Brad advised us to keep our receipt in case the bolt he sold us was incorrect, but that precaution was unnecessary. In short, the bolt and washer fit perfectly, and I was back to mowing within two hours. People like Brad are invaluable, precisely where Bert Boykin has placed him – at the desk, ready to assist. He deserves commendation not only for a job well done but also for the way he conducts his work. And the best part is for less than $10 my lawnmower is working again; I had been afraid to take it to a local lawnmower repair because I could see it costing a couple of hundred dollars to fix!

Excellent buying experience from Boykin Tractor! Connor and Amber made my tractor purchase seamless. The majority of the transaction happened over the telephone and they were just as nice and friendly in person when I showed up to finalize the deal. I will definitely drive over an hour and a half to buy from them again!
