Today is not a very good experience. With the service of Jack specifically, it is unprofessional and not even focused on his work ( note 2x he messed up with my paperwork). He uses headsets while speaking to drivers. Good thing we followed up after 4 hours of waiting with Mr Harvey he's always the best employee ever.. 5 star for this incredible guy 🎖🎖🎖🎖🎖

Seems to be a different set of rules every time I come here. Last time, I was told that you could start checking in at midnight, which ended up being 2am when the security guard reported to work. This time, I arrived at 5 am. To avoid confusion, I reported to the check-in window to see a sign saying, check in at other window. Went to that window where there was a sign saying to check in at other window. I then went back to the 1st window because there was someone inside. Myself and another driver were hollered at by the security guard, to the point his eyes almost bulged out of his skull, screaming at us to come around to the back door. I understand now that his reasoning for this was so he didn't have to let the cold Canadian air into his little office. Upon entering his office to check in, the air was so blue of cigarette smoke that I almost threw up. Not to mention the very colorful music lyrics he was blasting, that shall not be repeated in this review. I am asthmatic, and the smoky environment I was subjected to will ruin my entire day, as I am finding it hard to breath. Never was a big fan of this place, and this just solidified my feelings stronger.

My first time here and I had a good experience. There was no time delay for the overall inspection, the staffs here are friendly especially Hearvy whose customer relationship is mind blowing.I will not have any burden coming here next time knowing they have a quick service than we rather thought.
A lot of parking is available and the gate is open before 2am.

Great place to come and get ypur trailer inspection done for inbound or outbound loads to Canada or USA.
The guys here don't take kind to bullshit.
Be kind and have you paperwork ready for them.
Slide your tandems to the rear. And shut of your reefer when told too.

‘Welcome to Border City’ is what you will hear from the polite guy in the cowboy hat at the security office where you check in. 5 out of 5 stars for Mr. Heavy who will do whatever he can to make your visit to Border City a pleasant one. We need more like him in this industry. He sure doesn’t get the recognition he deserves.

Arrived in the evening after close witch was no issue. Check in was at 1 am. I got a dock right away. Inspection did not start until 5 am and was completed by 7:30 am. It is now 11:30 am and I am still waiting on paperwork. Avoid this place

This place is alright, I find sometimes I'm in and out and other times I'm there for hours. All depends on the load and whether they have to do a full inspect or not. Different all the time. Gate opens at 5 and there usual already trucks waiting. It's always busy here.

For going to Canada, first of all, they are coming at 1 AM. You can submit the paperwork does not matter. What is the timing mention on Google map come at 1 AM. They will take your paperwork and they start checking the your load at 5 AM. You can back into the any dog door before check-in, and you can sleep, and they will give you the paperwork afterthree hours and when they send it to the border and the border need to clear it for eight hours.
