Although I didn't come here to purchase anything, I got great vibes from the employees and salespeople. They seem professional, and I have had prior experience purchasing Kubota products, and I don't mind saying that this was a much better place than the location where I acquired a Kubota product several years ago. If you are in the market for products, Kubota is the way to go, and Bondy's seems to do it well here.

First class customer care. Bought a large piece of equipment from them ended up having some problems that are very rare. Chris and the whole company jumped in to make sure that I had had as little downtime as possible and worked with kubota on my behalf to get everything taken care of.
Being a business owner myself I judge a business not on how perfect everything is but how well they resolve problems that arise and Bondys Kubota gets five stars from me.

Recently had an accident resulting in damage to my Kubota LA535. Filed insurance claim and Johnny and Travis over at Bondy's were excellent. They picked up the tractor, checked everything, filed the claim, estimate, and damage report, and took care of everything from pick up to delivery. Impressed with how easy they made the process and wanted to give them a shout out of appreciation. It often feels like customer service is dead with everything being online, but they still do it old school via phone and in person. Thanks!

Excellent customer service. Thomas helped me purchase new blades for my husband's lawn mower. It was a busy day and he effectively managed customer phone calls and a little lobby full of people all with a smile. He quickly and efficiently helped everyone find what they needed.
