Been trying to reach these people for days! E-mails, phone calls, left voicemails. All I need is a few replacement parts and I can't get a call back. How do you sell a product and then when it fails you refuse to sell replacement parts? Now I have to try to talk my customer into replacing all their Bolzoni attachments to Cascade, Rightline, someone who knows how to respond to customer needs.

Unfortunately, I have to give the company a negative rating! I used to deliver occasionally with GUBI Metall GmbH to Hans H. Meyer in Germany and never had any problems- However, we delivered five figures to the American parent company at the beginning of August- so far I have not been paid or only slightly (10%). The information from the administrative department in Suligent, after endless letters - it just takes time and that's the way it is!
I see it differently!
Whoever orders must also pay the invoice and must unfortunately duplicate this to all subsidiary factories due to the dependencies - these will be in-house specifications! ALSO ATTENTION- apparently deliberate delays in payment by the parent company!
