08/24/24. Stopped to get a breakfast biscuit. Upon entering the restaurant I was greeted by a positive friendly lady. These people did a great job with customer care - what someone appreciates. Of course the food was great.

Showanna, the manager keeps a really clean restaurant. We ordered take out about 6:30 pm from inside. Having worked in fast food I noticed the cleanliness of both the front area and also what I could see of the back. The iendly manner. staff all looked tired, perhaps it had been a long day. I asked questions of two people and answered in a friendly manner. The chicken tenders and fries were really tasty and not overly salty. I will definitely go back there. Good job Showanna and crew.

Two people were waiting on food when I walked up to the register. It took 3-4 minutes for any employee to acknowledge my presence. None of them looked happy, in a hurry, or like they cared about business or customers. The "buffet" had no food, but all sorts of miscellaneous store stuff, like it was a storage closet--see pic; and there was a bucket of dirty water sitting ON THE COUNTER where you pick up food--see pic. I was friendly with the lady who took my order and helped me. I ordered a BoBerry biscuit, and noticed a pan under the heat lamps with a few on it. I watched the lady come up and "tap" them with her tongs. When she realized they were old and hard, she looked over at me and told me she was going to cook me a new one. I told her I would happily wait for a fresh one. When I opened the box later, she had given me two. There was no tea at the drink station, so they filled my cup behind the counter. All the food was good.

Everybody that complain about fast food everbody

thoughts and feelings what should be right if you don't know what you wanted at speak or why pull up why not check out the menu online before pulling up and no one should wait on you to decide what you want too feed

your family or you shouldn't be asking or no kid what they want to eat that should be discussed before you pull up so if you don't like fast food or you don't like the service why go!!! FYI and you probably didn't tell the cashier on the speaker the right order y'all never do

My daughter and I stopped at this Bojangles on a road trip to Atlanta. Honestly, I didn’t have a great feeling about the place when we parked. There were three cars in the lot - one in the front, one on the side and one in the back.

We walked in and there were NO CUSTOMERS inside. Two of the staff members were sitting at a table and eating. They didn’t look up from their food or say anything to us.

We walked to the register and looked to the left behind the glass partition where the metal bins/containers of all the sides items are supposed to be kept hot. Thecontainers were ALL EMPTY ike they had been freshly washed and totally unused.

A manger-looking person walked sort of toward the register. I assume she was the manager because she wasn’t sitting at table and eating - maybe she already had. Also because she was wearing a headset. She didn’t look to the register. She didn’t say anything to us. She slowly started approaching the register, but she was walking sideways - her body was turned to the left. She looked tired and irritated.

I looked at my daughter, said, “Let’s leave.” And we did.
We are on our way to KFC.

I was overcharged but given a fair refund. The fries were cold, and only one chicken supreme order was fresh. There other chicken supreme combo couldn't even be considered strips they were a collective of one third to half sized strips and they were also cold. We returned to the store for a complete refund. There manager was nice that is the only positive.

First and Last time.
OK just like the other guys we were over charged for what we got. We didn't get the fries we paid for. We paid almost 24.00 for 8 chicken fingers. 2 small drink that was supposed to be Sprite but it was a knock off brand. And 2 small cups of slaw. The slaw was good, but the chicken fingers?$#@$.. You are a CHICKEN RESTAURANT IT'S ALL YOU DO... For 24.00 for 8 chicken fingers at least use REAL CHICKEN!! The sponge flavors chicken is awful..
The employees can only cook what you give so that is not their fault.
What is there fault I went over the order 3 times in the drive thru 3 CF slaw and fries 5 CF slaw and fries. I went over it at the window. Even the manager told they wanted fries with there slaw. AND THEY STILL GOT IT WRONG? We drove back to the drive Thru and they wanted 6 more $$$ to get the fries. We just left.
Went in to use the bathroom it was very clean almost as if it hadn't been used.
Putting that aside, I like rap music as much as the next guy but in a family restaurant just doesn't seem to be the best place for it. Granted now one was eating in the restaurant at supper time on a Sunday.
Then I took the online survey which I never do. And after 20 or so questions they they wanted to know my race what does race have to do with it
Take the race off your survey everyone deserves real chicken regardless of race..
