My FAVORITE Boba Tea shop is back!! I’m so excited!! Because of issues with the property leasing company the business was closed for a while. But they got it sorted out and are back open!!

This place may not have as many tables as other places but their tea is my absolute favorite! If you haven’t tried it yet, you need to! I’ve met the owner who is super friendly and really takes his business and customers seriously! It’s not someplace you would find just driving down the street, you have to look for it, it’s in the Joann’s Shopping center. It will be well worth your time to check it out! I’m really happy they are back. Prior to the issues with the leasing company, I was here at least twice a week and many times more often.

I go here all the time and get the fiend size. Lol. The sizes are "like it" (small), "love it" (medium), "fiend" (large). I find this to be hilarious but I also get the fiend size every time. My favorite is the milk tea with boba. And the Thai tea with boba. Paid about $12 for 1 large and 1 small. See picture. In the same plaza as Joan's fabric store and 85 degree Bakery. Customer service is on point. Service is FAST.

The small cups look like tiny trash bins. Unfortunately, that's also what the beverages inside tasted like. Everything tasted ultra watered down and despite their 'customer satisfaction' poster, every drink (a mix of smoothies, teas, and slushes) all tasted watered down and flavorless. My full beverage ended up in their conveniently-located trash bin.

The one positive is that the drinks were generously sized. Unfortunately generous sizing of a disappointing beverage isn't a good combination.

I'd definitely recommend going a few doors down to 85º to get a boba tea there.

Best boba and slushes. I go almost every week and they are the only boba place I go out of my way to go to, no other place compares in my opinion 😌

Fantastic Boba Place! The guy who was working the counter was very helpful and gave us great recommendations. The drinks taste amazing and the quality really shows. 10/10 would be my new boba spot now 🙂 He even asked us to try out the drinks we've gotten and told us to let him know if the drinks needed any changes at all so he can alter our drinks! I’ve never had any boba shop ever ask that! Keep killing it you guys. Though the place could be more decorated!

Favorite Boba place hands down. I live in Moreno valley yet always make sure to stop by when I'm in town. Good prices, great selection, friendly staff, and fast service. Today there was only one lady so it took slightly longer than usual but normally they make my boba drink in less than a minute!

I went today 4/23/23 and ordered 6 drinks for me and my family and spent almost $40 here. I’m really upset with the quality, I’ve been here before and it was fine, but this time all the drinks literally taste like like just plain water or bitter black tea with boba. All the drinks are so tasteless and watered down, I would never come here again. I feel scammed for spending over $5 a drink. If it wasn’t a far drive I would take these drinks back to them.

So I want the owner to know, if they care, that employees tasked with opening the store do not open it strictly when the hours state they are open, despite it opening pretty late.

It says to people that you do not care, or, you are unprepared.

I personally have gone to competing tea shops because the hours of operation start very late for ANY business. The owner needs to know from 9am onward people are trying your business and going somewhere else because you open too late.

so just to put that in perspective if that's 1-3 customers a day at $8 that you are missing..

its thousands of dollars of revenue at the end of the year you don't have just because of when you open.

open earlier. make more money.
