While researching what skidsteer to purchase for a small farm, we stumbled upon Blunier with a good deal on a T64 Bobcat. I reach out to Joe who was full of knowledge and happy to assist in the search to get us a Machine that would match what we needed out of it. We made plans to see the machine (6 hour drive.) Joe was the first one to approach us, show us the machine, didn’t mind to get his hands dirty and let us walk away making a purchase we were confident with. I would absolutely purchase a machine from Joe and Blunier again.

I don't write a ton a reviews but i wanted top make sure i got this one wrote. Lets start by saying i am tough customer but customer for life once you earn my business.

So i called Austin back in July to talk about plows and get a feel for the type of business they run. And let me tell you sine day one i knew i was buying a plow here. Austin didn't know that but i did. Not only was the price the best i had been quoted the customer service and time taken to answer all my questions was TOP NOTCH. To me dealer support and customer service are key when your trying to run a business.

So then when it comes down to the install Austin new i had very low triggers and early clipper was making its way through the area probably not going to need the plow or spreader but you never know in Illinois and Austin and the Crew stayed till 10PM to make sure i had my plow installed and was ready to go. Not only was Austin and his crew there working late so Was the Owner Austins Dad Sam working grinding away making there customers happy. Sam you and the Guys have a customer for life! THANK YOU!

I took my mower for an annual cleaning. I was charged over $800.00 and received back a non-working mower. They put the deck on wrong and I had to get a new battery. At first mowing I was told mower deck was put on wrong. They were given the mower with 2 sets of blades which they threw away. I made them replaced the blades. This place can't be trusted.
I had to take the mower to a different repair place to get a working mower.

Was talking with the salesman here about buying a used Harley rake. He emailed me an invoice and everything. I asked if we could remove tax for my exemption, he said to just come fill out the paperwork. Went in to pay a pickup and they told me I wasn’t tax exempt. Since they wanted to argue and pretend to be the IRS, they kept the rake.

Got a great used mower from them. They go the extra mile to make sure the equipment is in top notch condition. Pricing is also very competitive. Austin really is as good as all the reviews claim.
