I like this store because of the wide array of merchandise but recently I went in to get some parts for my lawn mower that I bought brand new from them and they had nothing. I needed a head gasket and a push rod, they had neither. I thought I’d grab an air filter while I was there, they didn’t even have that. They said they’d be glad to order it but I said no thanks, if I have to order it I’ll just order it from Amazon and only pay half as much and have it delivered to my door. My next mower purchase will be from someplace that stocks the most basic maintenance items. Bluestem isn’t what it used to be.

Great store! I only got to see about 1/4 of the store, it is so huge, and that was two and a half hours spent in store. We live about 1 1/2 hours away, but it will be road time well spent. The staff were very polite, helpful and courteous, there really are not enough adjectives to speak about them, but it is rare to be treated so well now a days in and customer related establishments. Thank you to all that assisted us today, we hope to be back to get the rest of our gift shopping done.
