The boyfriend and I went to the store this weekend to find brunt work boots, as they are the only store that carries this brand. Their shelves looked trashed, they legit had 3 sizes of the boots that we were looking for (not his size though), so i just ordered the boots in his size from their website. BAD IDEA!! A few hours after I placed the order Blanes canceled my order with no explanation. I called customer service, she said it was their shipping that canceled it and she'd have them call me. Monday rolls around and they send me another email saying my transaction was suspicious and that's why they canceled it!! I'm not sure how me ordering a pair of boots got to be suspicious but even when I called their customer service the agent was confused. These people have lost their minds, no communication between departments and I have never heard of shipping department canceling someone's order for boots because it's suspicious. I paid with MY debit card, in MY NAME. No one called, no one communicated anything, just canceled the order. After I get my "suspicious" money back it will stay canceled, I will never shop with these idiots again!!

This store had the right size fencing we needed. Very clean and organized. We usually get our outdoor items at another store since it's closer but will probably shop here again.

Worst blains experience my family has ever had. Do not give them your money. We arrived an hour before closing. We were approached 30 minutes before closing with 4 small items in our cart by an employee telling us they close in 30 minutes. That’s fine but it didn’t stop there. We get to the checkout (self checkout) the lady watching the area was breathing down our necks watching us. We had 4 items. Then when it came time to pay the lady jumped in cancelled our payment saying that we didn’t do it correct. We did but the payment screen which said please wait was stuck thinking. If we needed help we would have asked for it gone to a regular checkout. If you can’t handle letting people self checkout then get rid of them!

The 2 beautiful young ladies that groomed my bully today were beyond amazing, so kind and so helpful ❤️ the way they made this such an amazing stress free experience seriously made my whole day! Called to ask about a battery. Says auto closes at 8:00 pm. No answer well before closing time get switched to operator and she says they leave early if they are done so I can transfer you but I think they left already. I said ok and no answer. I have never heard of that before. Where's the manager, I bet they left early to. What a horrible response to give a potential customer. Looks like I am looking else where!! Thank you for letting me know not to shop here. Leason learned!

I purchased a Terrian 5 sided hunting blind a few weeks back, after opening the box and seeing that all the items were checked off the packager's check list, I noticed that the roof cap was missing. After calling the manufacturer multiple times and leaving messages too. I called Blaine's, in Jackson, back and they made it right by giving me the one off the display model and said "we'll deal with the manufacturer, and while you can finish the blind before opening day gun season". What great customer service, will definitely be back to spend my $. Thanks again for making this issue right!!!
