My buddy told me about this place and I’ve driven past it for years, never knew I can actually go buy pasta here and it is a life changer. Everything I’ve had there is amazing! Outstanding fresh pasta! 👌 Discovered Bigoli after eating at Gusto one night.
We make a trip down to Monterey every few months. Quite often just to pick up some pasta, and have lunch at Jose's (right around the corner 😋).
Bigoli pasta freezes, and keeps VERY well. I just need to remember to not buy too much..... It just makes for too long a wait for an excuse to drive down to Jose's for lunch. 😅

We sell Bigoli Ravioli in our gourmet takeout shop in Carmel Valley, Baum & Blume and The Carriage House. The uber-thin pasta cooks up tender and perfect in 2-3 minutes! And the fillings have layers of flavor, each distinguishable, like a dash of nutmeg here or a drop or two of truffle oil there - fresh thyme, black pepper. Our customers LOVE BIGOLI RAVIOLI!
