Ofredo from Bakery went out of his way to give us warm bolillo! He had just baked the break fresh and was still in the oven baking. He went out his way and asked my wife and i if we wanted fresh bread as it was almost done and we were happy because thsts exactly what we had gone for specifically. He has extremely amazing customer service skills as well as baking. 👏

15 years I've done shopping here.

Fine establishment. All aisles are clean and items can easily be found.

Oh, yeah. One time a few months ago while being ringed up, a young Chinese Female Cashier was rude to me in a passive way. I'm not sure what I did, my item was about to tip over due to the moving conveyor and I was able to position it properly, then she began to behave as if I did something wrong. She dropped my money and receipt on the counter with a bad demeanor, she didn't even asked if I wanted a bag for my items. Luckily, I'm used to the rudeness of employees in this city. I do appreciate those who are polite and friendly, they are rare.

I like the meat dept and produce but the prices are way too high. They are literally more expensive then vons there sale prices are not sale prices. With everything being so hard right now it would be nice if the neighborhood market was supportive of the community.

Big saver food is a very good store for this neighborhood, I love their fresh toasted chicken, it taste so great, fresh corn, Pan toasted peanuts, and fresh salsa and fresh sea food.

Horrible customer service, few registers are open but i picked the wrong one who gave me attitudes today. She asked me twice in Spanish, I don't even know what she was asking. Then she asked do I want a bag. I told her "YA" while unloading my basket. Paid for my purchase, then waiting for a bag. She angrily said "YOU SAID NO!". I told her I said "YA, and maybe just one bag is enough". How did she heard NO instead YA. Is YA means No in Spanish? I'm sorry during this pandemic we gotta cover up, even with a plastic shield wall between us, so be patient to listen whether loud talk in ur own language.

Chance go again 2/10, 1 is the lowest. Some prices are good, but some are overpriced. See my receipt, 15¢ for a bag, everywhere else 10¢ or even free.

Everything is more expensive now that they did the remodel, 1 tamal the scanner put it for 23 00 we need to pay attention in the prices cuz they are wrong every few time I have go!! Not going anymore!!!

The watermelon I bought here yesterday was rotten and inedible. I took the receipt and pictures to the store, but the two female employees refused to deal with it? Very perfunctory. I took the time to go to the store, but the result made me very frustrated. I spend hundreds of dollars in this store every month, and I will not go there again in the future.
