This is my favorite place to get my food when I’m visiting Mount Shasta.
Mean soups - fresh, rich and wonderful every time!
I created my own breakfast as i have a special routine, they accommodate my requests, and the price was fair. Nice people.
Plus the store is a delight for a health nuts like me. Love! Found few things i never new about.
If you’re looking for fancy, this is not the place. Simple, decent and fresh.

This was our saving grace while coming through Mt. Shasta and staying here for 9 days or so. It had everything a small health food store should have including produce, supplements, bulk foods, wonderful breads, hot food, *a place to actually sit and eat* and even a coin-operated bathroom. That part was genius to me, but don't worry, you don't don't actually have to use your own quarter if you don't want to. Ask an employee for a token and they will help you out as long as you don't look like you're going to try to take a shower in the sink or something 😀

I had several cool interactions and felt that overall the place had a good energy about it.

Great local spot for coffee. I had a one shot Americano with half decaf and half caffeine in a tall glass and the barista didn't bat an eye. I love coffee, but really shouldn't be drinking it....so it's nice when I can be picky and not get any eye rolls.

Healthy and tasty food. We often eat lunch here especially in the winter. There are tables on the Southside and the sunlight feels very nice. Their soups are excellent.

The People at this place are great. I've never been there personally, but my Mom had stopped there on her birthday during a drive up the West Coast. Having just gotten off the phone with my Mom (I live on the East Coast......and she said she was going to a health food place in Mt. Shasta Village) I mapped it, called around, found where she stopped (Berryvale!) and asked if they would help me surprise my Mom with a cupcake or something. I offered to give my credit card info, so as to do my part (duh). The Woman who I spoke to (I didn't get your name, Thank You!), was initially skeptical, but once she was hipped to my intentions was very willing and happy to help. She said they only had a freshly made gluten-free carrot cake. That was perfect, as my Mom is gluten-free! Being that their system wasn't set up for phone payments, I was worried it wouldn't happen. But to my surprise the Lady at Berryvale offered to give the cake to my Mom free of charge. By doing that she gave both my Mom and I a gift. I am so grateful.

I've already blabbed too much, but I wanted to say thanks to Berryvale for helping make my Mom's birthday a little bit more special this year. It was so great to reach out from across the country and find people willing to make my Momma's day. Thanks!!!!! Btw, My Mom said it was the best carrot cake she ever had. Not too sweet, and delicious. You guys Rock!! Now off to Yelp to post this there 😉

The organic foods store Mount Shasta deserves. Beats Mountain Song by leaps and bounds. Friendly staff, amazing selection of foods for such a tiny store, very responsive to requests. Has a deli, sandwich bar, espresso bar, and juice bar as well.

The food at the cafe' is really good. Try the Gobbler Wrap or the Chicken Salad. They are both great. The three stars is because the service is very, very, slow.

Such great oganic foods without gmo'S ,ALSO great cosmedics. With awesome Deli in back and smoothie's plus great organic portabella mushroom burgers.
