I purchased a new Kubota SVL65 from Beaver 🦫 Machine Inc. Chris is my salesman. He is absolutely wonderful! He deserves a raise and a new Truck 🙂 . Sales people can make all the difference. I know. I had many choices when buying this, as I come from Madison WI. After talking with Chris the first time I knew my search was over. I needed someone that could help with all my questions and equipment needs close to my new place in Northern WI. The atmosphere when you go I side is like everyone loves working here. This is so refreshing as so many places act as you are disturbing them when you come in.

I purchased a new Kubota L6060HST which was delivered this last May and Richard or JR was the salesman who I worked with. I just want to say this experience, so fa, has been one of the best experiences I have ever had purchasing equipment. Richard has been awesome. I purchased a lot of equipment and asked for certain service for the tractor when discussing the deal. He promised a lot and has delivered on everything I asked for so far. I still have next service to work with him on but I certainly don't expect that I would be disappointed. I highly recommend Beaver Machine if you are looking for great service. This place is awesome.

I purchased a tractor from them about 2 years ago and it was a good experience. When I purchased another one from a non-Kubota dealer and it needed work I brought it to Beaver Machine.

I got a quote (parts, labor etc) for $461 before tax with a turnaround time 3-4 days. I dropped it off and didn't hear anything for 2 weeks. When I called I was told they are waiting for the part. I got a call another week later asking if i would authorize new tie rod ends at a cost of $135, I asked "will there be additional more labor"? He replied no since it was already apart. I was told it would be done that day.

I called the next day and was told it was done and the bill was $820.92.(The bill should have been $471+$135=$606) I asked why the huge increase and was told they needed to charge me to jump start my tractor.

Now after sitting nearly 3 weeks in sub zero temps outside the dealership it doesn't surprise me it needed to be jumped. $200 for a jump start seems excessive, it's more than a new battery? Bear in mind I drove the tractor on and off the trailer to bring it there, so I know it worked fine when I dropped it off.

The icing on the cake came when I picked it up and after paying was told its "outback" somewhere. 15 minutes of walking up and down every aisle on a icy parking lot I found it. I loaded it and left very disappointed in my experience. I hate giving any business a bad review, however my complaints were not addressed at the dealer in person.

I know I'm a small potato for a dealership like Beaver Machine, but poor customer service on small jobs will be the same on big jobs.

Absolutely love the team here. I came in 5 min before close, to browse sweatshirts. They went above and beyond even searching the back for my size. Simple things like this show how great of a business this is, and how much they really care about their customers

Shopped around at several dealers. The salesman I spoke to at Beaver Machine was the difference, Chris Schrader was exceptional!!! Service and parts associates are also very knowledgeable and friendly. The owner has taken the time to talk to me every time I have stopped in to purchase implements and maintenance items. Very fair pricing. Highly recommend Beaver Machine.
