My first time putting a grill from them. It will not be my last. The store has a nice range of selection and is all priced where it should be.

The customer service was exceptional. They helped me over the phone with all my annoying questions and then the same level when I finally came into the store.

When I am ready to add a smoker, I’ll be back!

This review is for Saul at bbq galore Valencia. He communicates well and helped me pick the right parts. The installation team were also very efficient. The schedulers however were awful. They need to communicate better. They never answer the phone when you call them but since Saul did such a great job I didn’t want to give a bad rating. Thanks Saul

I give a 2 star. Cool store, wish I had one in my home town, seems how I live 2hrs away. The customer service is a big joke! All the guy wanted is my money, and me to hurry up and leave. Terrible terrible service, will never be back to this location! True money pig working there!

Store is good but in general bbq galore stops supporting equipment in about 5 years so if you plan to repair your $4000 purchase you may be out of luck unless it’s a oem part.

Would never use them again. Went to buy a smoker & pizza oven. We live 1 hour away, but we wanted to go what we thought would know the most about pellet grills & pizza ovens.
1st, none of the employees are wearing masks, even though sign says to. We were.
Next bought the Ooni Koda Pizza oven, (and a GMG smoker & attachments) asked if it was on sale, was told no, but if it went on sale, within 30 days, we would get the sale price and the extra refunded. Well a few days later, looked at website & sure enough, it's $120. lower! So called and talked to the manager Saul and he said we have to come back down there and get the refund, and it could only be when he is there. Very rude and said it's not his fault that we live so far away. Yes I guess it's ours that we didn't go with a better & more reputable company.
Said he could give gift certificate, but we had to come there to get it and he couldn't promise it would be there if we didn't get it this weekend. {it's Memorial Day Weekend, and really didn't want to be on the road for a holiday, and he was off work Sun & Mon, and only working till 2pm on Sat}
Would not accommodate at all. Would not send gift certificate in mail or anything. Just too bad for you.
Very poor service and management! Even thought their website says price guarantee for 30 days, don't believe them.
Will never buy from them again! Go elsewhere!!!!!

Pricey but worth every penny for my master grilling. Also, if you need replacement parts, they stock em. Also the right size and fitment. Don't like fenagling stuff. Especially not for my built in grill. And not the fake cheap stuff that won't last. Quality!...they're service was awesome. Very helpful and knowledgeable. He walked out and measure measure my old stuff. I appreciate a place I can walk into for stuff. Well worth it.

We purchased a Turbo natural gas unit. Scott, the salesman, was friendly & knowledgeable. He even called two weeks after the purchase to follow up.

You pay for BBQ Galore. They are built better than others I looked at in other stores.

The burners aren’t stamped steel, and the hood is double-walled; not found in any grills I considered buying.

I recommend this store for your next grill.
