👎Zero stars. This place is not good for delivering loads because: First, they deal with Cap Stone Company. Second, the place is narrow and there is no sufficient parking. You may have to wait more than 7 hours .you will not get compensation because their reputation is bad.

It's so funny, a corporate office and his warehouse (receiving) is a really mess (just imaginate his P&L)👎. You can spend hours waiting a door. No control is followed here, so they are many bosses and not to much workers in the load/unloading area... honestly, don't do nothing of delivery/business here. My recommendation to the vendors, don't use this warehouse, they are not taking care your load.

Attempted to check in at 5:15am appointment was 6am. I got to the window to check in, and waited a good 20mins before anyone acknowledged me. I watched and made good eye contact with the workers and still wasn’t acknowledged. I watched the only person in the office walk out and not say a word like I’ll be back or anything. Worse customer service, I’ve ever seen in a while. After the wait, I was told they didn’t have a door. They had a poor lady on the job with no idea what to do. So I sat on the curb for about 2 hours and a half, until she figured it out. It’s now 8:03am I’m in a door finally. If you like incompetence and leisure, this is the place for you.

I don't know about delivering here, but loading was not bad at all. Got here 10 minutes before appointment time and got a door right away and they started loading immediately and was done in 30 minutes. The only thing that sucks is you might have to blindside back in because there's not enough room in front and to the left of docks, so it might be hard for new drivers but not impossible.

Long wait to get unloaded. I brought (paper product). The layout of the facility really is inadequate for the amount of traffic they receive. People I interacted with were all friendly and professional. Plus, it was easy to find. 2hr max parking on the street, though.

This message is directed to the owners and management of this location: I please ask you to have a little bit more consideration for the drivers that keep you guys in business, I been here many times and many times, I been rejected for being a little late. You guys don’t realize how much damage you guys impose on us drivers, rejecting our loads just because we are a few minutes late when we been driving for hundreds of tired miles, we lose time, we spend more money on food, we lose of making a better income for our families, we are away from our families longer time, the company loses money, we waste more diesel and more damaging for the environment, it’s devastating for a lot of people what you guys do that !! Many of those times it has not been that busy with door available and lumpers setting around.

The solution is very simple, unload us later, work us in, lumpers make more money, your product is available and more fresh, at the worst charge us a late fee, but PLEASE don’t let us out in the streets any more.
