Service was great, Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was great fresh eggs and fresh French toast. Room was clean and smelt good. But my bed is on springy side, and the shower head doesn't have different settings and is stationary. But overall was a decent experience. I've experienced much worse thats for shore. I would stay again, but my wife probably not. If they upgraded the mattress and shower heads we def would stay again and given them five stars all around.

The rooms are very spacious and the beds were comfortable. I like that the sink is in separate area from the toilet and shower. There was a fridge and microwave in the room which was useful. Breakfast is cooked fresh and was delicious. I would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at Ayres in Seal Beach was beyond amazing and memorable. Everyone from the front desk to the manager were kind and welcoming. We will definitely come back. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. Great stay at Ayres! Quality service and amazing people!

This was a very nice and clean hotel. The facility had a solid Victorian atmosphere. Really great service and the breakfast food was amazing! They actually had a cook 🧑‍🍳 that made up the food on a griddle stove right there in the dining area. The rooms were clean and perfectly stocked with towels and amenities. I would definitely stay there again if I am in the area.

Warm, friendly, helpful and professional front desk staff. Tasty breakfast prepared by chef and kitchen staff. Clean, comfortable room. I appreciate this hotel at every visit. Didn’t use the pool or hot tub at this January 2025 visit, but have done so many times before.

I booked my reservation online and did not realize that I had booked the wrong dates until the charge showed up on my credit card. I called to inquire if the charge could be reversed and I could book the correct dates. I was told they would not refund the no-show fee. My husband and I have stayed at Ayers hotels many times over the years and have found the property to be a good value. I realize the booking error was my mistake but they were unwilling to work with me so I will not be staying at their properties any longer.

Great time! Beds have just the right amount of bounce. Sturdy countertops. Roomy shower. The staff is very catering to your personal needs. The hot tub is just right and the pool is close by to cool off after!

It was nice to finally visit a clean, safe place with my family! Front staff helped me with my 8 piece luggage as they noticed I had a 2 yr old with stroller. Housekeeping was exceptionally sweet to my son and myself. Breakfast and staff were also great! I will be back...
