Where do I even start with Avenue Twelve and their incredible team. From their in-house leadership and correspondence to their superior inventory and exceptional delivery team, each piece is nothing but extraordinary.

My team and I had the pleasure of working with them on a recent wedding at MarFarm and incredible is the only word that comes to mind. We chose gorgeous velvet lounge sets, lawn games, dessert shelving, ceremony and dining chairs and so much more. Each piece better than the last! I would highly recommend Avenue Twelve over and over again for all of your specialty rental needs!

I attended the most gorgeous wedding arranged by Avenue Twelve. The beautiful decor made the event all the more special and enjoyable for all. I especially loved the long, gorgeous dinner table set-up where I was able to sit with a large portion of my very large family! Additionally, there were cozy couches set up adjacent to the dance floor, which I have never seen at a wedding before. It was awesome to have such a comfortable spot to sit and chat & have drinks while taking a break from dancing. Highly recommend Avenue Twelve-they are innovative, and so clearly highly attuned to all of the most important details for your special occasions.

The whole Avenue 12 team is absolutely amazing! They always go above and beyond and really bring your vision to life. Jess is an absolute angel and will make sure you are well taken care of and is not only and advocate for you but will also do her best to make sure that you have a seamless experience (Love her!). Josh’s attention to detail with custom pieces is chefs kiss. And Tommy does not cease to bring a smile to your face! Cannot stress enough how great they are as well their staff. Tommy and Jessica truly know their stuff. The vibe at their studio is fun and welcoming. You can hear the warehouse crew laughing and singing while loading trucks, and that’s the energy we wanted for our party. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel special. They offered drinks, snacks, and laid out samples that fit our palette perfectly. Their suggestions were so spot on that we canceled our other rental meetings. They also collaborate with the coolest tabletop vendors and had all their samples in the studio for us to explore. Even though they could take on hundreds of clients, they limit their full planning projects to give each one their full attention. After hearing that, we booked them for full event planning right away. Their quality over quantity approach, combined with Tommy's Emmy-winning design expertise from Queer Eye, sealed the deal. The end result of our party blew us away. If you are planning an event, book Avenue Twelve. You will not regret it!

I attended a wedding as a guest in Paso Robles, and the decor was absolutely breathtaking! I’ve never been to a wedding that looked this good, and Avenue Twelve's team truly deserves a shout-out. I stayed on
the property in one of the venue's guest suites, so I got to watch the setup process, and their crew was not only hardworking and professional, but super friendly and patient with my endless questions. I didn’t realize companies like this existed, where you can
rent such beautiful furniture and decor for a single day, and they handle the entire setup and styling so the bride and groom can just
relax and enjoy the moment. Later, I found out they even designed the layouts and managed every detail. It was such a fun wedding, and
everyone kept raving about how beautiful everything looked. Highly recommend Avenue Twelve if you’re looking for an amazing rental

We worked with Avenue 12 for the design of our wedding and they were hands down our absolute favorite and MOST important vendor we worked with. Design was a huge priority for us and we wanted to ensure we had the right team in place who understood our vision. Jess and Tommy immediately just got it. They were able to blend together our personal aesthetic with the vibe of the venue and come up with a gorgeous design. We are so incredibly grateful for all of their work in making every last detail truly perfect. We could not have planned our wedding without them — they provided us with such a solid foundation, recommended other local vendors, and worked across our vendor team to ensure that everything would go exactly according to plan and look perfect. They went above and beyond just the design work, but also helped us navigate logistics and last minute curveballs, even going as far as jumping in to help the waitstaff at the venue. Jess and Tommy are both so wonderful and are incredibly talented and SO great at what they do — we loved working with them so much. We felt SO supported by them throughout the entire process. They are extremely responsive and always acted in our best interest. We could not have asked for a better experience — everything came to life perfectly, and guests were raving about how beautiful the wedding was. We just wish we could do it all over again, we are genuinely going to miss working with this team!
