I shopped around for several weeks looking for a new tractor online. TYM website directed me to Ausra Equipment in Wayland. Avoid the parts department at all cost! Ordered me wrong parts and tried to charge me $120 for restocking. That was after they said they would be in on Saturday and then they did not come in until the following Wednesday. Then proceeded to tell me it was all my fault and I should’ve looked them up myself! Super confused as to why they even have parts be home if I’m supposed to look at all of my cell.

Come on Asura! Someone comes in and asks questions about shop service you need to #beready. It doesn't matter if it's a 9240 Axial Flow or a 1950 A. It's not just slinging parts across the counter and selling new equipment. I know that my business is not CNH's bread and butter or worthy of major focus apparently but I own red paint too! Luke warm answers from the service department through the counter is not a good look and no the shop rate or the amount the bill would come to is not an issue. You folks are better than this.
