Excellent customer service in parts and shop , these guys will not only get your parts the most economically way but sometimes I have asked questions concerning my 451 Massey, their friendly attitude has been sincerely appreciated .Some shops aren't this helpful and develop attitude when you ask advise on repair issues . These guys are like family , going the extra mile in sales , service and parts helping us out when we need help .Thank you for being there for us !

I had a great experience buying a Massey tractor here. The price was the lowest I've seen and the sale was completely drama free. Jared answered all of my questions when I texted him during the sales process and I felt comfortable with my purchase. It was ready for me to pick up when I got there, plus they even fluid filled the rear tires for free AND threw in the back hoe thumb for half price. He then drove 40 miles to my house to install it after it came in from order. A++!

Two week ago saw Massey Ferguson Compact tractor that had been repoed. Talked with sales person that confirmed she would contact me as soon as it was released. After two times checking back finding each time the tractor had not been released today I called talking with sales person learn that tractor had already been promised to someone else. I had planned on buying a new one if when released wasn’t in my budget. But after several attempts and no call to let me know it was promised already, I will buy one but not from this dealer.

The employees at the Dothan facility are hard working knowledgeable team members! They are very willing to assist the do it yourself mechanic in all of us.
I hope that their regional leadership takes the time to read this review. After owning a Massey 1533 for a number of years and in the past two years having to correct some deficiencies I have identified two issues I would like to see fixed. #1 the hourly maintenance rate is high. the same rate is charged wether you have a small piece of equipment or a large piece.
Ordering simple repair parts is frustrating. Mostly expensive due to having to pay freight. Of course I can choose 3 day shipping at a reduced rate over over night shipping at a higher rate but I need my piece of equipment fixed. why is a $5.00 O'Ring going to cost me over $12.00 in freight ? Why is the part not kept at the dealership? Why is all repair parts sourced through AGCO in Illinois ? Very frustrating !
