When you call Ascot and tell them you need a brisket trimmed and ready to smoke they know what to do. I will always get my brisket from Ascot. And the pork shoulder was awesome too!

I've never been to the store, but yesterday my husband's boss gave him a fresh 20lb turkey, for Thanksgiving, from Ascot. I wasn't expecting it, and honestly I've never splurged on a fresh turkey from a real butcher shop, so I figured I better just pop it in the oven. I've been a homemaker for over 23 years and this was, without doubt, the most magnificent bird I have ever roasted. Absolute perfection in taste and appearance! It was a simply impressive bird.
My husband has received countless holiday thank you gifts over the years from employers, union meetings and such; including turkeys, hams, gift cards and holiday parties. The turkey we received yesterday from Ascot was by far the nicest, most thoughtful and most appreciated gift of that type, that he has ever brought home. First class appreciation.
If you are looking for something nice to give your employees during the holiday season, I highly recommend a fresh turkey from Ascot!

First time here cause the place I was going had closed early. Stopped and got 2 Ribeyes and a few meatballs and sausage. Best ribeye steaks I've had from a butcher in years. Meatballs were delicious too. Top quality steak, tender and delicious. Give them a try, I know I'll be back.
