Former Employee. I would like to Think Matt Seltzer and Jay Theis for firing me without actual factual cause in the most horrible time in my life. I am a Driver for Prime Inc and unfortunately my truck broke down during Winter Storm Elliot and I was towed to Trivista's shop in Fort Dodge, IA. From the second I entered their build I was welcomed by the personnel and was immediately put with the sweetest women and together we worked a plan to get me fixed up and back on the road. The truck had multiple issues so I knew it would take some time. The mechanics worked hard and got me right and they even gave me a vehicle to get myself over to the hotel for the evening because I was out of hours. Overall a great experience and highly recommend this shop for any of your truck needs. Best customer service I have ever encountered. Thank you to all of you, I finally made it home to my family for XMAS.

Got towed in with DPF issues on my Prostar.... guys were very professional, helpful, and a pleasure to be around. Got my DPF straightened out, even found a pesky airleak that my own shop hadn't been able to figure out for 3 weeks!!! Highly recommended!!!!

They repaired my semi truck in a timely manner and went above and beyond. I arrived near closing time and ended up having to stay in Dodge City overnight. They gave me a ride to the hotel and picked me up in the morning. Everybody was really nice!! Thanks a lot guys!!!
